Review 1：Dust in the room and damaged furniture. Poor exspensive breakfast.....

Review 2：Safe quit location. Get your breakfast from the the bakery next to the hotel, much cheaper!

Review 10：We had a great time, the hotel was perfectly clean and nicely furnished. With a good shower and bathroom. The WiFi was good and the kitchenette extremely handy! In a great location less than a 10 min walk from the metro with a lovely market just around the corner. Perfect for families, young couples and groups of friends. I would highly reccomend.

Review 11：Requested an upper storey room. Placed in room No.7 in between car port entrance and lift so noisy at times. No proper cutlery/cups in room. Bathroom shabby.

Review 33：We had booked a room for a colleague of us comming from abroad to work in our firm for a total stay of 6 nights. During his first night he noticed that ventilation fan was not working properly and was making terrible noises he could not sleep of. He told that to receptionist so they could send someone to fix the problem. Nothing happened during all his stay. Every morning he kept asking the guys to fix it but as receptionnists were all the time different, he needed to explain them again and again. No result. The day before his departure and after another almost sleepless night for our colleague, we called the hotel to tell them about the situtation. The guy on the phone told us " We could not fix the problem". Then we asked- "Why you didn't move him to another room than" , the answer was: " We are fully booked" . We said that they could have told us that much earlier so that we would have been able to react and move him to another hotel. We said that from human point of view their attitude was not correct and at the end of the day-not professional at all. Our colleague also shared that apparently his room was not cleaned during his stay so he was really surpised that all this could happen in France. We wanted a closeby local hotel for someone who has been hard working and needed just some sleep. Unfortunately our choice turned out to be the wrong one and we regret booking a room in this hotel.

Review 38：The staff was friendly and helpful , and the room was small but sufficient for the purpose. Good WIFI . The Malakoff town is actually quite nice and pleasent to walk around during the day. Lots of flowers.

Review 39：Room key didn't work on 2 occasions. On one of these we almost had to sleep on the street because we arrived at 1 a.m. and at that time there is nobody at the recepcion. Fortunately my wife had her cell but the call for the emergency number costed almost 4 euros. There was no refund for the money we spent because of that. And if we had no cell ? Then what? Very dissapointing.

Review 41：There was no air conditing. It is situated in more of a residential neighbourhood. There was not a lot of shops or restaurants in the neighbourhood.

Review 42：The hotel was spacious with a large window that opens. Our room was very quiet. The large window has a roller shutter that blocked out noises and light. The bed was comfortable. The building is also quite new.

Review 47：The chopping board in the kitchen needs replacement and some sugar and tea bags can be provided in the rooms. The window can have 2 panes to open to give more space to the occupants. The existing single window door-pane takes almost all the available space towards the window when opened.

Review 48：As apartment hotel, it had all the basic facilities. it is conveniently located near Malakoff Plateau Metro station (10 min walk) besides city bus services nearby. Not very crowded locality. Effile tower can be reached from Metro within 25 minutes from the place.

Review 53：We had a very small room, the bad was at only 10 cm from the desk. The bad was an extensible coach, a very huge and heavy one. One could "raise" it against the wall, but it was to difficult to do it. It was not comfortable for sleep.

Review 55：We were very pleased with the hotel. We got a nice and clean room, withgood beds and a good bathroom. A very good quality for the price wepaid. The staff was friendly, the check in was fast.The neighborhood is relaxed and we found everything we needed. One night we ate at the "La Creperie" close by, with a very nice owner and a very good meal. If you are looking for a nice and simple place to eat, you should try it out. All in all, we have nothing to complain about. The hotel was better than expected and perfect for cheap holidays.

Review 56：Rooms were nice, bed was nice and comfy although when we had too move rooms due to the Internet not working we were put in a room with 2 single beds! Very romantic!

Review 57：We booked this hotel as we were assured it was free wifi, we went for a romantic break without our children, we had to move rooms to get Internet access, the staff didn't understand us, when we were talking to a member of staff the 2 other girls sitting on reception were giggling! Very unprofessional and made us feel uneasy, Breakfast was not that great had cereal to suit children and pastries, travel was a nightmare we got lost from the metro! Wasn't close to anywhere really, Rooms were nice but the staff let the place down, Overall we were gutted as this was the first time we had been away without our children and this just seemed like more stress,

Review 58：The fold out sofa bed took up the whole room so was difficult to move. It was a bit lumpy so not great for those with back problems. the room was only cleaned once a week with one change of linen and towels. But it was really good value for money. The big problem was yo could not change the original booking so had to pay even if you decided to shorten your stay. Maybe only pay ofr a few nights to test it out first.

Review 59：It was good value ofr money and in a pleasant part of Paris well connected to the metro. The facilities in the room were good especially ht eopportunity to heat up food or do some light cooking. The bathroom was in good condition. The staff were prompt and helpful.
