Review 1：Humidity. Been in the USA for too long.

Review 2：Friendly employees. We were always greeted with Bula. That's the Fijian way. The wife loved her hot shower and air condition. Loved the washer and dryer . Loved the location, it was perfect. What else can you ask for? Shopping and cafés, food courts and restaurants and Suva market in walking distances. The humidity was overwhelming. It was expected. Will recommend to friends. Vinaka vakalevu. We will return with the kids. Moce mada.

Review 3：Several times during my stay I felt cheated. Regarding this hotel, I asked the reception to arrange a cab ride from Suva to Nadi for F$200, which is a reasonably good price. The reception confirmed the price and so did the driver at the start of the trip. At the end he wanted F$250 and became very unfriendly. This seemed a pattern in Fiji tourism: as soon as they can squeeze a bit more money from you at the cost of making you feel bad, they do so. It happened three times during my overall stay (not only this location).

Review 4：Nice spacious room. Coffee place for breakfast on second floor offer pretty good cappuccinos.

Review 5：After a month of hotels and resorts throughout Fiji, it was nice to have the option to self-cater for a bit if we wished. Facilities are good and location is excellent, right in the heart of town. Plenty of bars, restaurants and shops nearby. Fiji museum is walkable.

Review 6：Noise from near by bar, but that quietens down by 3-4pm. That didnt really bother me, but there was a constant banging and noise daily..but that was due to renovations so that's to be expected.

Review 7：Bit hard to find at first but got there in the end. Lucky for myself, My partner is from Fiji so was able to direct me to the office while we waited to park our car. We didn't get our parking access card until the next day. But security happy to let you in and out until we got our card. The location, so central to everything. You can walk anyway in the town. We had our own parking. Feeling hungry, you could walk anywhere, supermarket, market and MHCC mall is right there so you can pop in for some shopping or some Gloria Jeans coffee..which I love. You can't go wrong with a Chiller! Asked for Harbour View, and I got that. Overall my partner and I enjoyed our 3 days at Quest. Would stay there again.

Review 8：There is a club of some sort across the street which plays loud music incessantly and there was construction noise. It seemed overpriced to me but hotel prices in Suva are all very high.

Review 9：The apartments have everything you need for self catering and are attractive. The staff are all excellent. There is excellent wifi. The buffet breakfast was fine.

Review 10：No cleaning service on Sunday - pathetic. WIFI - too expensive, like most well known hotels, wifi should be provided as a room service without charges as the room charges are already pretty high.

This place cost me less than what other hotels were charging, except that those very hotels were a distance away from the city itself. This place is close to everything you'll need as a tourist. Review 13：Breakfast - You wouldn't want to be a diabetic. I have trouble with stable blood sugar and the breakfast provided is far too sugary and refined.

Review 15：Excellency in every way, staff are honest and wonderful. I lost my diamond necklace and following day it was hanging on the kitchen notice board. Great services by Reception staff especially Taufa. Extremely clean room with pure white bed linens, white towels and the best pillows. Hats off to the staff for the outstanding services they provided. Quest excellence in services.

Review 18：The only thing I did not like was the breakfast. A little dated and something you could eat at home and the car park security people in the car park itself could smile and help you when you cannot find your car park key to get out of the building.

Review 20：To be frank, the carpet in the room stank, and no concessions were offered despite my complaint. Quest is usually my hotel of choice, but on this occasion I regret staying here. It is beyond my understanding why a hotel in such a humid climate is designed with carpets. Carpet + humid climate + high guest turnover = stinky room. Please fix it before you offer it to another guest.

Review 22：The staff service is really really bad...firstly we booked for 2 roomsbut when we arrived there they booked only 1 room for 6 people and afterhours of argument they showed us a very bad bedroom which was verysmall. The staff there are full of lies...someone called taufa. ...Theyhad rooms available but kept saying they are fully booked but afterhours of argument gave us an interconnecting room which we requestedwhen booking online. Then after 3 days in that room without ourknowledge all our belongings were moved to another pathetic room withoutinforming us. When we returned to the apartment our room card would notwork then some silly staff came to explain that someone has checked intothe room that we were staying. .They moved our luggage as if we we werestaying there for free. ...We have traveled 30 countries and never hadto face something like this. ...Staff not friendly at all. ...Full oflies whatever we asked them and many things not provided. ...Highly notrecommended. ...Construction worker's were so noisy. ...We weretraveling with kids and had a family function to attend but due to allthese mess at the check in we were late for the function....would not bestaying there again. ...They need more friendly experienced staff as howto greet the guests. We booked the hotel 4 months in advance but stillgot this below standard service

Review 23：The rooms are good size and all facilities provided are good as well

Review 24：Construction noise terrible, listed on website as from Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm as "nearby construction until end April". Try hammerdrilling directly beneath our floor at 730am and 6pm, on a Saturday too and at end May!!! Put a real dampener on what was otherwise a fantastic trip!

Review 26：On our last day of stay, we had breakfast delivered to our room. We had 2 adults and a child staying however we had only 1 breakfast delivered. By then we were too tired to sort this as we were out visiting the night before and came back to our rooms really late.

Review 41：The apartments are on the 6th floor, so the problem to find them exists. They announced the washing machine and laundry in the one bed room, but they lacked. Anyway, everything was convenient.

Review 42：When you are on your own trip, you need this hotel with all you need for not to bother others. You can get in and out in any minutes, can buy and cook what you want. The place is at the enter, so you can get the ferry terminal, bus station, the Tappoos and MHCC.

Review 65：The vehicle parking is located on the 5th floor of the building. It is not very easy to drive in and out of parking area. The facility is located in a very busy part of the city. Overall the place did not meet my expectations, as a result I moved out after staying for a day.

Review 73：The room compendium needs to be updated: e.g how to retrieve telephone messages and a few other information. Perhaps, Quest Suva may wish to compare its compendium/folder with that at Holiday Inn - Suva information folder. The swipe card to gain access in and out of the Quest car park did not work throughout our stay and each time we called over the call-system, we were asked to reverse and travel via the other lane. This increased the risk of an accident with another vehicle traveling in the opposite direction, thus poses an OHS issue that may subject Quest to legal liability.

I have recommended the Quest Apartments to all my facebook friends. I loved my time in Suva and would love to go back sooner rather than later.
