Review 1：Not really close to anything, needs to do something about the mosquitoes!

Review 2：The rooms are beautifully decorated, the owner is very nice although speaks no English, and breakfast was great.

Review 3：Bathroom and Toilet has no door, making it a maybe a bit traditional southern french house but its not comfortable unless you travel alone. Because you will be smelling it while you sleep.

Review 6：The location was extremely disappointing.We wouldn't have felt safe walking at night. The hotel was situated behind a high solid metal gate.It was advertised as 4 star. It was more like 2 star. We booked 5 nights and stayed 1.

Review 13：The rooms are very large and cozy. They have a very pleasant garden with swimming pool, where they serve the breakfast, which is fantastic by the way! The relation quality/price couldn't be better. I would recommend it to everyone and if I come back again, I will for sure stay there.

Review 26：It´s a good alternative if you can´t find a place in Saint Tropez. It is just a 10 min drive to the Port of Saint Tropez. We loved the warm and family atmosphere. Fabienne is really looking after you. Rooms are quite big and very nice designed.

Review 30：Fantastic rooms; very clean, designed in a very cool way. People are so kind and you feel the family and warm atmosphere. But, if you don't know French or you don't have somebody with you speaking French, you might have a problem. Overall, perfect stay.

Review 31：We understood that he owner just started so we would like to recommend some points rather then to be negative : adapt his breakfast program to a continental breakfast level instead of coffee, croissant and jam. He could leave his selfserve formula but adapt the choice. The petite garden should bring more facilities while around the pool it is rather small to relax if you don't want to get wet. He should study his price quality ratio, it can be improved.

Review 32：The bedroom was quite big with separate toilet and bathroom. small spazio and room equipped with daikin airco wich worked wunderfull noiseless, a pleasure in comparison to other hotels. easy to reach without car, acces to the yacht port and shopping mall +- 700 mtr the small beach of cogolin 1,3 km but all reachable by foot. The rooms are also equipped with micro wave and waterboiler. The owner is fully at your service and offers with pleasure a glass of wine in the evening and is flexible with his opening hours if possible

Review 33：- It was absolutely not preferred guest house ever. It looks like abandoned summer guest house which should not run during winter. In terms of cleaness, bathroom and kitchen was horrible. Refrigerator smelled badly with some mold. Toilet was broken and we called the owner several times but she hung up the phone and never returned our call back. We had to pay full payment with cash on the first day of check-in and the owner was so irresponsible to take care of her guests!! Photos on website is photoshopped so never trust their photos. In reality it looks like ghost house which is abandoned and it is actually never taken care of.
