Reviews for Residhome Asnieres

Review 1:Firstly, I was so glad that it was just a few minutes for the train station Les Gresillons. The staff were on the average helpful and attentive to requests though rushed of their feet when I arrived. There was also a supermarket across the road, to get things you could either eat or cook/microwave. (The hotel had a kitchenette like all residhomes(Aparthotels). There was also a Japanese restaurant. In conclusion, I would not hesitate to stay here if in the area of Asnieres.

Review 2:small room, no towels or pillows although that was rectified eventually. Train tracks directly opposite so consider the noise. Lots of noise from within hotel also. Most random thing being arriving to be greeted by a chap sanding paint from the lift!

Review 3:The room smelt of cigarette smoke and the water was off at the hotel during a heat wave - this lasted 24 hours. we were given bottled water at the front desk which was not a very good solution.

Review 4:location was good for where i was working in Asnieres

Review 5:Hidden charges (local tax extra, breakfast extra). I don't really like these kinds of self catering places - your room isn't cleaned each day, only every so often. The area is very far from anywhere nice - some local places to eat (well 3 actually) which are all pretty ordinary. The area is really a 'working area'. Offices and warehouses.

Review 6:Useful because it was in walking distance of the offices where I was working. WIFI worked well.

Review 7:Rooms are smaller than anticipated. And there was no tooth paste provided in the bathrooms for guests who must have forgotten to bring any.

Review 8:Staff Courtesy and Readiness to assist, especially Veronique. Good smiles and warmliness. The break fast was excellent too. And the breakfast assistant very dutiful and ready to assist with service.

Review 9:I booked two rooms, one for my self and the other one for my kids. The give us two rooms in different floors. I had to go and call every 3 hours to make sure they are OK. The kids were scared, when they hear any noise and the staff did not do any thing,. I tried to cacel but they said they will not refund my money. It was bad experince.

Review 10:WiFi

Review 11:located a bit far from paris

Review 12:near to RER station

Review 13:Rude staff It's located in the middle of nowhere Very noisy business activity outside room.

Review 14:Free newspapers

Review 15:Hidden charges

Review 16:The rooms are very small and there is no real space to be considered an apartment. It is just a room with a kitchenette.

Review 17:The staff is nice

Review 18:Really clean and friendly staff. Deffo recommend

Review 19:The hotel was a little run down but we expected that and it was super clean and fairly modern. The breakfast buffet was very overpriced for what was served (ham cold cuts, 2 types of cheese, bread, cold cereal, juice and coffee and yogurt). The only reason we ate it was that it was Sunday and everything around the hotel was closed. Overall though, minor things and we would not hesitate to go back.

Review 20:While it was out of Paris Center, the price also reflected it. It was clean, comfortable and spacious. As a family of 6 it is very difficult to find space for all of us in one room, especially in Europe but this hotel fit the bill. The train was close and there are restaurants, a lovely bakery and grocery store next door or across the street. The staff are helpful, spoke English which was a plus, and were very understanding and pleasant.

Review 21:priate were doing the checking the receptionist had not paid, and was mistaken, his manners were bad for us and did not give a solution. Do not know how to treat people. the other was never fixed curtain across the room and bathroom floor Mess

Review 22:attention and privacy

Review 23:No training for employees? At first the receptionist said no parking available but when I asked anonther staff later, it's available and I saw a alot of vacant slots. It was hard to switch from tap to shower. Draining water of sink was too slow. It took 30 minutes!

Review 24:Close to RER station.

Review 25:The evening staff are very rude. They lie about city rules and regulations well in fact we just moved to this hotel from another one also in Paris and they don´t have such rules. The truth is, they want you to adjust to the facilities they have. They don´t clean the room unless you stay for minimum five days.

Review 26:Had an appartement on the top floor - probably not much used, i.e. many things broken (lights, shower holder etc.). Silicone around the bath disgusting .... not the job of the ceaning ladies to fix all this. No stairway to the garage and the only elevator always accupied in the morning. Also only one control box for the garage door (had to jumb of the car to get and bring back that piece to the reception coming and going).

Review 27:Friendly staff.

Review 28:Room was very dirty as was hotel hallway and elevator. Obviously hadn't been cleaned as there were water marks from cans and dishes everywhere, and microwave was filthy inside and out. Safe was broke and was never fixed as we asked. Three lights burned out in room and hot water kept shutting down. We spent a lot of money on our 5 night stay and it wasn't worth half of what we spent.

Review 29:Location near train station was good.

Review 30:Lot of mosquitoes in the apartment!! No wardrobe in the apartment which is very funny because we did not know where to put our clothes Sofa bed was not comfortable to sit on

Review 31:Not practical for late night going back, as public transport stops 11ish

Review 32:Proximity to public transport Friendliness of staff Calm neighborhood Close restaurant and coffee shop and basic daily necessity shopping

Review 33:I had problem with the cooker because it was not working.

Review 34:The staff is very friendly and helpfull .. the room is clean and has very good security system and parking as well. there is so good free Internet services also.

Review 35:very far from tourist place. الفندق بعيد جدا عن الاماكن السياحيه

Review 36:staff , money value , near from train station. الموظفين رائعين جدا و القيمه و قريب من محطة قطار

Review 37:No dining area/ table, no hot water in the evening

Review 38:Well kept apartment hotel, comfortable beds, neat rooms, well equippedkitchenette and bath, food and provisions available at Central bread(opposite) and at Franprix just round the corner, rer station 200 metersaway. Excellent location, well laid out, quiet and safe neighborhood.Bought a Navigo decourvete ticket for the week and travelled by rer allover Paris & Ile de France

Review 39:The water pressure in the shower was disappointing & no dailyhousekeeping. When we got to our room at 5pm, it was not even cleanedout. We had to move to a different room upstairs. I had to wash thedishes before we used it because they were still dirty.

Review 40:Close to rer c station.

Review 41:The 6 person room reserved was not available and we were given two 4 people rooms instead, for the same price. Surprisingly, the staff didn't know much about the commuter train located nearby. Wifi would work for minutes at a time, then codes would need to be entered again, but we could access it from the 4th floor. At about 9:30 on our last morning, a man started knocking on the door wanting us to get out of the apartments... 10:00 check out time. At 10:05 he was very upset with us, but we were out by 10:10... then we had to wait about 20 minutes for the elevator (only one for the 6 floor building) during which time, nobody entered our apartments for cleaning. The man returned a couple of times while we were waiting for the elevator, apparently disgusted that we were even still on the floor! We laughed it off, but this was a disappointing end to a very nice stay in the apartments.

Review 42:Comfortable beds, great shower, clean, mini-kitchen was very well fitted out. The RER Gresillons station was easily accessible (worked out great with the Paris Visite pass... it's in zone 3). Underground parking for our van was available and affordable. Small grocery store and bakery with delicious goodies just across the street. A french restaurant and a sushi restaurant were also very close, but a bit more expensive than we wanted. The gal at reception called in our pizza order for us! GPS couldn't find the street, but using the coordinates was excellent. Great breakfast.

Review 43:Flat is nice decorated. Kichen has all nessesery equipment, if you like cooking and preparing your own meals.Hotel is on very good location, has garage, train station is near, clean, safe neighborhood...

Review 44:There was only 1 US adaptor plug

Review 45:I like that it was apartment style lay out, I was looking for a place, but I was trying to avoid the typical "hotel feel"

Review 46:Parcking must be a part of the price

Review 47:The Hotel and the staff was good. I will come again for sure. Romms arebig and good equiped. The backary is very close to the hotel, just inthe front of it. To Paris is about 30 minutes which is ok.

Review 48:Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and complete. I will return soon.

Review 49:Uncomfortable beds, terrible pillows. No room cleaning or bed making! Horrible area.

Review 50:Kitchen space was very congested and kitchen could be have beenmore equipped

Review 51:Location to reach down downtown paris. Very close to railway station

Review 52:no comments :) everything about staff is true, what are written here in previous comments.

Review 53:Bed was rather well used...

Review 54:Staff were very helpful. Very clean place.

Review 55:most stass were helpful, but we found one staff member to be less helpful than others
