Review 1：All inclusive, but house wine is terrible, dinner is not as tasty as in other restaurants, pool is small

Review 4：- Bad experience with the old / fat waiter, he was almost hostile to us in the first day for a reason I could not imagine- be sure to ask at the reception the rules of the house (personalized table location is the most important thing - if you are paying all inclusive), ask the receptionist to pin-point the location of the freacking table so you won't forget it. it will save you a lot of frustration later. - kids were doing chaos in the whole hotel & spa. the pool is unusable because of constant jumping and splashing.
