Review 3：The shower is not working correctly it was suddenly cold water because the boiler was not working properly. To noisy from the street in two bedrooms just only one bedroom was quiet.

Review 15：The host- Adrian is very helpful for us. He is so kind, friendly. When I need any question, he usually gave many recommendations. He know very clearly about Barcelona. The location is good, it is very easy to get everywhere in Barcelona by metro, by bus. And I love this street, not too noisy, too many tourist like Ramblas! When we left Barcelona at 5am, Adrian's mother even get up very early to say goodbye to us!

Review 17：The people managing these apartments are nothing short od delightful! Very friendly and they give good recommendations and are always available. They made us feel like family. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. The wifi was great in the front of the apartment near the hallway but too weak in the living room and two of the bedrooms but truthfully it was ok for our needs. The beds are comfortable and the blackout blinds are wonderful for sleeping in a bit. The location is in a very clean area and just a couple hundred meters from the beautiful Sagrada Familia. The restaurants in the area are very good and the metro is right there as well as the Sagrada Familia stops for the Tour Buses (which I recommend since Barcellona is big and spread out).
Review 18：Extremely warm welcome from Adrian. Very helpful. Fabulous location with restaurants and cafes literally on your doorstep and supermarket round the corner. Love the terrace which was sunny late into the evening.
Review 19：Large, lovely apartment in a fantastic part of Barcelona. The staff were also great - did their best to help, and enthused about both the city and the locale. There were excellent eateries on the street and nearby so we didn't eat at the apartment.

Review 21：The location was excellent right by the Sagarda Familia we could see it from the balcony and plenty of restaurants directly outside. Especially since we had a disabled person with us it was a great location. The young man and his grandmother who looked after us were fantastic so polite, friendly and made us feel welcome and very helpful on recommendations and nothing was a problem for them. They were amazing and this made it a fantastic visit. I recommend this apartment for a group of people we slept 7 people comfortably no problem . Location was great near metro, bus etc I would definitely stay here again. Quality of the apartment was excellent looks like it has just been refurbished.

Review 32：A very modern & spacious apartment, super clean. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking, including a coffee maker, kettle and all cutlery. I also like the fact that they don't require deposit and cleaning fee.
Review 33：The third business partner enric didn't pass on my email regarding check in time so there was a bit of surprise when we turned up two hours earlier than they expected us...very unimpressed by this. Luckily I didn't have to deal with him at all. The pillows are not very comfortable and there were only 3 rolls of toilet roll and no fresh towels delivered...however toilet roll is only 60 cent in the supermarket round the corner and you can request fresh towels from Elena.
Review 34：The location of this apartment can't be overstated. The view of the sagrada familia is worth the cost of the apartment, there are some lovely little bars, restaurants and coffee shops and the metro is a two minute walk. I recommend aladdins cave Arabian bar for great drinks deals, fab Middle Eastern food and a variety of shisha flavours. Our 3 bed apartment had great facilities with two bathrooms and a fully stocked kitchen. The blackout shutters are brilliant. Elena the manager doesn't speak any English but is a lovely woman and couldn't be more helpful. We needed to leave our bags for the day and we were concerned about our passports in the bag drop room but Elena was happy to mind them for us and wait for us to come back 5 hours after checkout. Her grandson Adrian was very nice and showed us to the rooftop where we had a great view of the cathedral and montjuic. I would definitely stay here again and in fact the location is much better than the overcrowded and overexpensive areas around the ramblas. The street is pedestrianised and unlike much of Barcelona, it feels safe

There are a lot of cafes around and lots of small shops where you can by some food to cook. Its easy to get to the apartment using public transport (metro). For summer period it is the best place even with long distance to beach but with terrace where you can sunbathe. Very friendly staff. Thanks a lot them for their help in any situation.

The proximity to local shops, metro and tourist attractions was great. It was just a short walk up to the Hospital Sant Pau Art Nouveau , a world heritage site, which was a surprising gem of a place to visit. The apartment was very clean, and plenty spacious enough for the 5 of us. Having a large table on the terrace for us all to eat at was great.

Review 50：The apartment was new, clean, wonderfully furnished and in a prime spot near Sagrada Familia. The balcony was on the cafe side of the street with a wonderful view of the church. The subway was a block away. We got a few 10 ride passes and used it often to get to everywere in the city. There are restaurants, shops and cafes downstairs and any amenity you could need within walking distance yet at night when we went to sleep and closed the windows we couldn't hear hardly anything. A car is not necessary at this location. Adrian and Elena were absolutely wonderful. We would love to go back and would highly recommend this place.
Review 51：Nothing to do with the apartment at all. On arrival we made the mistake of taking the train from the airport to Passeig de Gracia with the intention of travelling on the L2 Metro line to Sagrada Familia. Well... the distance from the rail platform to the L2 line felt immense, and then when we got there we found that the L2 was closed in the section that we wanted. After another long walk we managed to get the L3 line up to Verdaguer and then the L5 to Sagrada Familia. On our return we took to L5 to Sants Estacio and transferred to the airport train with no pain at all.
Review 52：We think we were the first people to rent this apartment as it was absolutely spotless. This proved to be a more than adequate base from which to explore the entire city, with the nearby Metro providing swift access to all locations. The building in which the apartment is situated is a clean and well maintained property, mostly occupied by local people. (Some properties in the vicinity have a ghastly, unwelcoming appearance from the outside due to lack of upkeep and a proliferation of graffiti.) The building supervisor and her grandson Adrian (he speaks some English, she does not) were waiting to check us in when we arrived and were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We were provided with extra towels on request and they were desperate for us to go on the roof and see the panoramic views of the city including, of course, the Sagrada Familia. We eventually did this on our last day and it was very good to go up and see the 360 view. The clean and modern design felt appropriate to the setting, and all mod cons were available including two bathrooms. We had brand new kitchen appliances including fridge/freezer, hob, microwave and dishwasher, although there were no clothes washing/drying appliances. Review 53：It was a great apartment but if you get one on the side of the building we were on there is a lot of noise on the balcony. We were on the second floor and overlooked a very busy road so we were very close to the passing traffic and it was pretty much non stop from early in the morning. It is a city so noise is to be expected but we liked to eat breakfast on the balcony and sometimes it was so busy it was difficult to hear each other speak. Wevhad to move flats as the we couldnt get the cooker to work in the first one, but iur only option was one next door which didnt help with the noise. It didnt seem so bad at nightime when ee would have a drink after an evening out, but it was my biggest disappointment as I love sitting out and relaxing and it wasnt clear from the site that it would be over a very busy street and not the cafe lined side that you can see in the pictures. I would go back but would be prepared for the noise next time. I also couldnt get the wireless to connect anywhere but at the front door and even there it wasnt great, although in fairness I didnt pursue that so it perhaps could have been an easy fix. There was some noise from neighbours also, but there are residents in the building, so early noises like cleaning in the flat above and doors slamming are perhaps to be expected.
Review 54：We hired a three bedroom apartment for 1 week and it was very clean and recently decorated. There was everything youneed for a comfortable stay. Located one street up from Sagrada Familia Iit was easy fo travel around the rest of the city on the metro; it is a long walk into town but it can be done. There were two people on site to help you, a lovely lady and a very kind young man. They couldnt have been nicer and are a credit to the apartment owners. There are bars and restaurants in the street below where you can get reasonably priced meals or drinks, or frozen yoghurt and ice cream if you want! There were two of us in the flat and in truth we didnt use the lounge area at all, we did cook a few meals but ate them on the balcony. All in all a lovely flat.
