Review 1：There was hardly anyone at the reception. We arrived at night we had to wait for almost an hour just to figure out how to open main entrance. Reception lady had send us email how to get access to our room key but she didn't mention how to open main entrance of the property.

Review 6：In this day and age we would have expected wifi to be available throughout. We thought the charges for wifi were rather high for the extremely limited excess. Only available in reception and just outside.

Additional kit can be provided at an extra cost.For stays of 2 to 6 nights, the final cleaning is included. Guests must clean the kitchenette before check-out.A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidental charges.
