Review 1：One of the rooms door, I have to struggle a bit and than open. And another thing is the towels that after the room service there isn't any towel in the room.

Review 2：The most amazing thing I like about was the breakfast and the staffs were very kind and generous.

Review 15：Suva itself is not really worthwhile for tourists. After 1 night we decided to cut our trip short and head early to Pacific harbour. There is nothing to do in Suva and its rather unsafe!

Review 17：Couldn't sleep with extreme disturbances from occupants on the same floor despite of phoning reception 3 times and got bitten with Bed Bugs - Miserable Experience - not recommending Tanoa to anyone. Received only $100FJD compensation which I think is not right. I should have been refunded the whole amount or at least half. The Health Board should be aware of this Bed Bug issue. Not a happy camper at all.

Review 28：The warmth, friendliness, helpfulness and overall efficiency of the hotel staff in all areas made this one of the most memorable hotel stays that I have experienced [and I have stayed in hotels all over the world!], notwithstanding the fact that I was without my luggage for four days! The wonderful staff at reception were unrelenting in their calls to the airline regarding my missing bag and, when it finally reached Suva after an inexplicable detour to Port au Prince, brought it to my room with the most beautiful smiles dressing their faces!

Review 90：Room 308 Design of the bathroom Difficult to flush the toilet due to a glass shelf located immediately above. Toilet bowl located too close to the wall making it very difficult to access toilet paper. A nice large hand basin but out of balance with the position of the toilet bowl. Why the bar fridge was stocked with only one packet of milk for a 3 day stay. Knowing that the average employee is being paid about $2 to $4 per hour, I question why the charges are so high.
