Review 1：The rooms could do with updating, but in many ways this adds to the style.

Review 2：Staff we're really helpful. We were delayed and arrived after the restaurant closed. The staff prepared a lovely cold plate of local produce and opened the bar so we could have wine. Breakfast was also fabulous.

Review 3：One night stay here in July, hotel deserted. We would have preferred to stay in Mont Dore although I'm sure the hotel is better during the ski season

Review 6：Don't be deceived by the pictures. There is a small pond across the road and over a creek, and you can't see it from the hotel. Very clever photography.

Review 9：The hotel has partly renovated rooms - these are at good quality. The "standard ones" are really old, small and with non-atttractive view.

Review 10：the pool, sauna, exercise equipment, "hot tub" were not functional. Staff didn't speak English. Wifi sucked. Far from town. Light had a motion sensor and scared the wits out of us when we got up at night.

Review 13：friendly hotel right on the base of mt sancy. Great views of the mountain- yards to the cable car. Swimming pool small but heated and adequate. Good hearty breakfast bright airy room and clean

Review 14：There was a sensor light in the apartment that came on anytime one of us got up during the night. Couldn't de-activate it or switch it off. Most annoying when you're asleep to suddenly have the whole apartment lit up.

Review 15：We loved the view of Le Mont Sancy. Also there was a very good atmosphere in the restaurant, created by the presence of the owner (we think). He was most entertaining. There were cows grazing in the field over the road and the sound of their bells just added to the wonderful alpine atmosphere.

Review 17：The hotel's car park is not private and is basically no more than a layby at the side of a popular road, close to the mountain lift. Consequently arriving mid afternoon you might have to park several hundreds of metres away and have to walk with luggage across quite a busy road.

Review 18：The location of this hotel is outstanding, however I would strongly reccomend the rooms in the front to those at the rear to get most benefit from the spendid view. The restaurent was a delightful surprise with outstanding quality at a reasonable price.
