Review 1：We were not told that the agency was only open limited hours to collect the apartment key. It seemed to them to be a problem when we arrived out of hours. We were not told that sheets and towels were not provided with the apartment. These had to be rented in the resort. Not a lot of money, but hassle we didn't need. There was no microwave (it was an ancient grill) and the TV was old, with no remote control.
Review 2：The apartment is clean, warm and dry and there was a good bath with lots of hot water. It is quite basically furnished but the bed was comfortable.
