Review 1：When I tried to check in during the late afternoon, nobody was at thedesk. I walked around the whole ground floor and nobody was to be found.Finally, after 10 min. Somebody appeared. Rarely during my stay wasthere a staff person near the front desk. Usually I had to wait for sometime, calling out in French "Is anyone there?" The elevator istiny and, because you must use it on the higher floors, often takes along while to come. As a point of info: Parking is across the street ina free public lot along the side of the casino.

Review 3：furniture in lobby areas needs updating. bath had no hook on the wall for the shower so had to crouch in the bath to have one. Hot on top floor, curtains at windows would be good, so can get air flow, rather than closing shutters down to block light.

Review 7：The location of the hotel is excellent right in the middle of town. The views from the hotel balcony over the mountains were fantastic, and the restaurant that we ate at was superb, just 50m from the hotel. Great fondue and decked out just like a log cabin. Couldn't fault anything.

Review 16：We were located in renovated area of teh hotel which was cheaply done. We could hear very clearly every visitor who left or came at early hours of the morning.
