Reviews for La Côte d'Argent

Review 1:Not made clear it was in middle of a pedestrian area, parking some distance away on road, no proximity to sea. Not a proper restaurant but a tapas bar

Review 2:Friendly staff

Review 3:It is a bit poky but really not surprising given the cost! Guess parking would be a headache in the high season

Review 4:Great situation, General value for money. Near everything you need

Review 5:They have a regular customer who was bothering the other clients and the hotel staff did not handle this situation well.

Review 6:Staff is great, great location, in the heart of the town..

Review 7:Owner very helpful when we arrived. Room very nice with balcony overlooking the street.. Easy walk to the beach through the main street. Lots of restaurants to choose from including Hotel. Nice bar. Breakfast well presented next day after a good night sleep. Bikes kept safe indoors.

Review 8:Hard creaky sofa bed lack of bedside table/adequate lights no workspace in kitchenette complicated wifi (a simple password would be much better) a bit grey (maybe that was our room...)

Review 9:location spacious and clean quiet (ground floor alleyside room) friendly helpful staff separate bins for glass/paper/briks etc

Review 20:Everything

Review 21:Central location with parking close by. Pleasant ambiance.

Review 22:No dislikes

Review 23:Owners go out of there way to be helpful. We were so happy and relaxed, we extended our stay. Hotel surrounded by many shops, cafes, restaurants etc, so first class location. Defininetly one for return visits.

Review 24:The rooms looking to the downtown street can be noisy during the night.

Review 25:The hotel is placed in the town center. All shops are available in less than 5 min. The beach is also very close.

Review 26:The hotel is a little worn and smells like an old hotel. But it is tolerable and gives it character. Parking is difficult.

Review 27:This is an older hotel in a modern holiday beach town. It is on a pedestrian mall with restaurants and bakery across the "street". The staff are relaxed, helpful, and kind. The village is the most comfortable and normal of the touristy holiday beach towns between Biarritz and Biscarosse Plage. We looked at almost all of them during our stay. But the beaches are wonderful along that entire stretch of coast. Actually it is just one very long beach.

Review 28:The hotel was in a great location . a Casino grocery store across la rue. Boulangerie also right there with restaurants all on a small center oftown quite street. The hostess was really charming and had turned theheat on for a rainy and cold day ..nice bar . Cozy At 48 Euros was agreat deal

Review 29:The bed was awful. Very bouncy & soft. Even if you like soft beds I guarantee you'll find this very uncomfortable.

Review 30:Friendly & helpful staff. Easy walk to the beach. The restaurant was excellent

Review 31:I really loved this hotel as it was probably the most traditional in terms of service and appearance. The proprietor was extremely helpful and friendly and the hotel is well sited in the centre of the town. In contrast to the other hotels of my trip, the breakfast was individually prepared and served in the bar with freshly made coffee from the espresso machine - magnificent! The restaurant all served very good regional cuisine with a superb fish soup to start on the Menu Gasgon.

Review 32:- Nothing

Review 33:- Very nice and welcoming owners. - Some of the best Belgian beers at the hotel's bar for a fair price!

Review 34:great owners really helpful, location main centre everthing you need around you, stylish building really enjoyed our stay there

Review 35:breakfast starting only at 8am

Review 36:the calm of the hotel

Review 37:Staff
