Review 1：We had to pay an additional 60 euros for WiFi in our apartment and an extra 90 euro for end of stay cleaning. A bit mean. There were no hooks for towels, coats etc. Be careful which Ski-Hire shop you book through, we followed the website and were led to 'Twinner' which is close to the sister property the other side of Arc 2000, when ski-set is next door!

Review 2：Stayed in 6 bedroom apartment, recently refurbished to a high standard, spacious & comfortable with great views and sunny balcony in the afternoon. Quick access to skiing.

Review 3：Noise at night. uncomfortable seating. no dry area to get dressed after using pool.

Review 5：no WiFi in the apartment, no hot dryer in our ski-locker room and only one hot dryer in apartments for 6 people. But this did not make our holidays bad :)

Review 9：Initial overcharging error was rectified by offer of a free clean at endof stay. We had a delayed arrival after 8 pm due to our flight beingredirected and e mailed to advise. Arrangements for key pick up did notmake clear there were two receptions and two Chalet D'Neigescomplexes which lead to problems accessing the accommodation
