Review 1：This residence is a bit spartan and is for people that prefer positioning and good pricing over comfort.
Review 2：Perfect positioning at the center of Vieux Boucau. Local market and supermarket reachable at walking distance. Lac Marin beach at few metres in front of the residence, ocean beach is reachable at walking distance too.
Review 3：Half the resort was booked out by a german youth camp, so it was a bit like staying at a youth hostel. Room small and dark. Wasn't the type of resort we thought we were booking from the website.

Review 6：It was out of season so VERY quiet. Accommodation was chalet style, basic, clean, no frills. A good shower, lots of hot water. Easy walking to shops and restaurents. A good stopover en route to Spain, very helpful staff

The broken'string' on our staircase. Cheap fittings. No fridge, iron. Justa plastic bucket and a mop. Wifi available? - only in public areas! Thefalse pictures on the website presenting this property as somewherepleasant to stay. It should be made clear that Village Albatross is foryoung school groups and/or backpackers that don't expect much.Having said that, it is only worth a fraction of the 80 something Euroswe were charged per night. It's a shame as we checked out after 1 of4 nights paid for in full - no refund cancellation policy as was bookedand paid for in advance. Everybody in the local area we spoke to was ofour opinion - even in the tourism office!

Review 12：It was an overpriced youth hostel with PGL groups of teenagers unsuitable for families with young children.we had to take our plates and cups out to the kitchen at breakfast and scrape our plates then use a bucket of water to clean our table down in my opinion this is not a family hotel as described on the website We were in a basic run down chalet with no air con , no fans and no windows that opened in south west France in August!
