Review 1：Nothing.
Review 2：This is such a lovely hotel and so reasonably priced. We had a quirky room with a piano separating the bathing area from the bed. The bed was lovely and large. We also had a balcony. The receptionist who greeted us was so cosy. She was so natural and friendly and laughed lots. She really brought warmth to our stay. The hotel is decorated really nicely. It almost felt like we were visitors in someone´s cosy home. The breakfast was plentiful - ham, cheese, coffee and tea sitting on a cute stove... The hotel has a lovely, communal terrace.
Review 3：we didn't get our promised free parking space, so we had to pay extra money for a parking space some minutes away... receptionist was not very helpful and friendly
Review 4：WiFi was probably available, but since we arrived late and the reception was closed, we couldn't get a WiFi code.
Review 5：Even though the reception was closed on arrival, access to the hotel was well arranged. Very cosy interior. Very kind and helpfull man when we checked-out.
Review 6：The hotel was lovely - but unfortunately the comforts were a little rusty. We are not travellers with particularly high standards, we are pretty easy going. However when we returned home from dinner at 9:30pm we went to put on air con because it was very warm. We ended up melting during the night and got very little sleep. The air con was there but no remote in the room to control it. At 6am someone was around so we asked for help, the lady came in with the remote turned it up full ball and then walked out with remote. Needless to say we left town tired and cranky.
Review 7：The hotel was lovely! Free parking, nice breakfast, close to town - which is a very old, interesting little village. We really enjoyed our night there.
Review 8：We stayed 3 nights and asked to change our room for a larger one as we wanted more space. Madame was more than helpful and offered us a choice of 2! We were very happy! Martigues is terrific and 5 minutes walk from the hotel to the squares and canals! Breakfast is extra. We ate it on our last morning and it was very good. Lots of choice and as much as you want. Parking is around the back of the hotel, but we had no problems with a space. Marseille is a train ride away- use the local bus to go to the station, but check times for buses and trains first! Bus stop down the road with times! You need to change buses for the station, but 1E covers the whole journey! Ask the driver to tell you where to change buses.Very helpful drivers! You do need to speak French though!
Review 9：There as no organized tours available from the tourist bureau or the small hotel - not really much to see around - you definitely need a car if you want to get around although good bus service to marseille - no bath towels on arrival
Review 10：The hotel had good parking spaces and buses run to marseille from nearby - plenty restaurants in the village also short walk away. the rooms were all different styles which was unusual
Review 11：There is no elevator, so you have to drag your luggage on your floor by yourself. We had just one towel for two in our double room and starting from 20.00 there is no one from the hotel holders to ask for another. The reception is strange indeed: they saw us arriving but went away leaving us requesting our keys from the authomatic machine outside... The breakfast is not valid for the money it costs.
Review 12：The design is very nice and peculiar: rooms are a little bit strange (the bath is not hidden from the rest of the room, we had an old piano in the middle of the room), but far and by comfortable and nice. The bed is comfortable.
Review 13：There was no lift which could be a drawback for elderly people with maybe a disability. The hotel did not have any safe even at reception nor a vending machine for drinks.
Review 14：The hotel itself was very clean and had the extra bonus of free parking. The town is very near with various restaurants and there is an excellent bus service to aix-en-Provence and marseille
Review 15：Stuff doesn't speak English at all. We found only one set of towels in the room and their was no stuff to ask for another set till the morning. Bathtub was flooded for some reason. It wasn't clean and the air conditioning didn't work well. Don't get near to this hotel.

Review 26：This year, despite booking 7 months in advance, we arrived very jet lagged, missing luggage, and found we had no room! The manager did find us a room nearby, but the experience was very unpleasant. We won't stay there again.

Review 29：We take this hotel as overnight stop during our trip from Arles to Cannes, so no much to say about the location. The room is very nice and clean, the facility is good especially for the spacious bathroom. We had a little trouble with the key vending machine when we arrived late, but the staff was very helpful and came to deal with it for us. The breakfast is great!
Review 30：Do not go here! When I arrived, the manager was on the phone for over 30 minutes without paying any attention to me. It was extremely rude and unfriendly, especially because I was excaused from the trip. After he finished his conversation on the phone, he didnt even apologize for keeping me waiting for so long. It was the most rude reception I have ever received in a hotel.

Review 32：in one of the two corridors it smell stagnant water; only one of the two; make sure your room is in the right one. I would suggest fixing the hole on wall of the toilet which they made for setting the AC

Review 34：This hotel is horrible. I would not recommand it. When we arrived we did not have a room pre allocated as they forgot and we were not the only one! Then had to change rooms 3 times as they were all very dirty. The last one was not clean either but we have been told that it was the best they had. unless you like to sleep in a bed with blood stain and other holes, clean the bathroom yourself and not beeing able to seat on the toilet due to lack of cleaning then do not go. Not need to complain at reception either because they don't care.
Review 35：1) Far from good restaurants, about 15-20 min by foot! Near are only cafes and bars! 2) Parking is free, but only 10 parking places! If all places are busy till the moment you come back in hotel you must leave the car in every place you can find in the city! There is a problem with parking places, we have spent about 30-40 min driving rounds and rounds to find the place near hotel! 3) There is not hairdryer and iron in rooms, but you can ask it if necessary at reception! 4) Very noisy street infront of hotel if you like to sleep with opened window!
