Review 1：as we are older couple we would have appreciated a lift so we had to climb few flights of stairs each time we went out.

Review 10：It is highly affordable because it's not overlooking the beach, yet it's only a 5-10 minute walk to the beach area. For visitors for the Mediterranean International Cup, it is a gentle 12-15 minute walk to the Palamos stadium.

Review 13：My 3 nights with my brother at Hostal Catalina were very pleasant. The staff was nice and helpful, our single bedrooms came with AirCon, which is not that frequent in moderate priced hotels and were clean and well kept. Breakfast was excellent and varied, including catalan specialties. The hotel is in a quiet street, with a large public parking nearby. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Palamos.

Review 14：I do not think the hotel could be a good option for young vacationers (little entertainment or sports facilities in the area) or people with young children (a bit far from beaches). The walls are thin and one can hear noise in the corridor and rooms next-door (but this is common for hotels of this age and category). The internet connexion is erratic.

Review 15：This is a nice budget hotel, in particular for mature age people on holidays. The location is fine: a quiet urban area, but within a few minutes' walk from shops, market, restaurants and 10-20 minutes to beaches. The personnel is nice, efficient, eager to help guests, speaks a few languages. The breakfast is an excellent value for money with a great variety of quality cooked and fresh food, some items change every day.

Review 47：The personel is very friendly at the reception and in the restaurant. The breakfast is a must because it is very complete for only 4€! You can reach the beach easily by foot in 5 minutes. The neighbourhood is quiet and you can park for free in the surroundings of the hotel with a bit of luck. If not, there are parkings close to the hotel. There are many many bars and restaurants to choose from. Free Wifi and Airco. Waterheater and coffee for free in the room on the day of arrival.

Review 48：Despite arriving late, a warm and friendly welcome from the owner. Bedroom was clean and comfortable, with tea and coffee making facilities. Good air conditioning. Breakfast was served in a lovely dining room, the selection was varied each day. would not hesitate to recomend to those who welcome a traditional Spanish holiday.

Review 53：Everything. We nearly didn't come as our previous holiday South of Barcelona was horrible, but as soon as we turned up, our mood changed. The owners were very friendly and make you truly feel like at home. We had a lovely room which was located right next to the little patio. The room was so clean, we could even smell it. Our 8 months old daughter slept in a super cute cot and also felt very comfortable. Worth mentioning is also the breakfast which changed every day - where else do you get that?? We didn't want to leave and would love to go back. Thanks a lot Team Residencia Catalina!
