Only 150 feet away from the closest ski lift in the Dachstein West Ski Area, this aparthotel offers apartments with free WiFi and mountain views. Most units come with a balcony and guests can also relax on a common terrace. All are accessible by lift.
The apartments were refurbished in 2014 and are fitted with a fully-equipped kitchen featuring a Nespresso coffee machine, kitchenware and a dishwasher. All apartments have at least 1 bathroom with a hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers and free toiletries.
Hotel Hornspitz features a wellness area with a Finnish sauna, fitness room, a steam bath and a sun bed, as well as a ski storage room with ski lockers for free. There is also a recently renovated lobby with a grand piano and a small library and upon request, a cosy room for watching movies can be arranged for the guests.
A cross-country ski run and a hiking trail through the forest are within a 5-minute walk from Hotel Hornspitz and guests can enjoy free access to a local swimming pool. Guests staying longer than 3 nights will receive 3% discount on ski-passes.
A bakery is situated next to the hotel and on request, freshly baked bread rolls are delivered to the apartments each morning. Guests can also enjoy a daily breakfast and dinner at the newly-opened Das Horn restaurant, serving Italian cuisine.
The UNESCO World Heritage Site of Hallstatt is 8.7 miles away from Gosau and the Hornspitz Hotel and a bus stops 350 feet away. Free shuttle services to Hallstatt and St. Wolfgang are available. Upon request and against surcharge, a mini bus and segways are available.
