Review 1：Cleaning team had a bad day prior to our arrival, dirty floor and bathroom.

Review 2：Quiet environment, spacious room, good breakfast, morning&evening sauna, nice place for morning run.

Review 3：The WiFi was not the best, for example, we could not play online games with my friend because the connection kept dropping.

Review 16：This hotel was a lot cheaper than everywhere in town. It was easy to find and park and only a short bus ride into town, or half hour walk. The buses are frequent. The hotel was very clean and everything was new.

Completely unacceptable! Booked my staying2 months ahead and was surprised that they charged me almost immediatelyafter booking (in about a week). But my far greater surprise was when Iwas checking out! They told me that they have to cancel the firstpayment and made me pay again! Result? Now I have to wait a whole monthto get my money back from that first cancelled transaction! Ouch!Unbelievably bad experience!

Review 47：The bed quilt was too thick and too warm, so unfortunately I didn't sleep so well although I turned down the tempeture in the room. A shower curtain would have been nice. Without it it was cold while taking a shower. I wish the personnel would have informed us of the possibility to get discounts because of a visit to a doctor at the hospital.

Review 48：Wow, what a nice and luxurious single room! Very high standard. The room and the bathroom were big and with modern furniture. I liked the space, the couch and the big windows with a view of the forest. I also liked the fact that there was a connecting door to the next room. Good when you travel together with others. Everything was very clean.

Review 109：Staying for 6 days all together, the cleaning service could be a bit more efficient. I would recommend more attention to cleaning the floor and the wash basin, and less to making the bed every day. It's a matter of priority.

The breakfast provided was excellent, happy we stayed there. 20 minutes walk to the centre - we liked that, being there for a congress sitting all day long - otherwise you may take a bus.

Review 126：Early Check-out time of 10h00, Weak wifi signal. The shower drain (Finnish Style shower) was ACROSS the bathroom so the entire floor was wet in the bathroom. This would not have been a problem if a squeegee would have been provided as I have seen in the other hotels that I stayed at. Staff should include earlier than normal check-out time and advertise lockers at the train station for those whom arrive earlier than the 14h00 check-in time.
