Review 1：Spa premisises were old, boring and in bad shape. Needs badly renovating. Restaurants were chain-like. Breakfast was poor. General athmosphere low-class.

Review 3：Arrogant service. I asked for a HDMI cable to connect my computer to the tv and the receptionist said: "We have it in our conference department but I can not get it from there and even if I could, I would not like to lend it." I wondered her attitude, and she replied (very arrogantly): "Yeah, it would be nice to get anything you want, but we are not going to run after you requests, ESPECIALLY SEEING HOW MUCH YOU PAID FOR YOUR ROOM!" ???? Does it mean that the hotel employees are taught to serve worse those guests who get a discount price?? Incredible attitude of hotel personnel.

Review 4：room cleaning inadequate beds far too soft windows could not be opened (health & safety) yet there was a balcony door odd opening on the floor of second toilet emitting bad smells

Review 6：Misunderstanding about parking - it was said that it should be for free, but it wasnt'!!! (10eur per night). Staff at the reception was not friendly, welcoming or understanding, but quite unpolite and always busy (one person for such a big hotel??!!) Kitchen facilities are strange: - there is microwave but no kithcen utilities (no plates, knives or forks or anything else at all!!), so in reality you are not able to use it, except water heater.

Review 62：Cramped fitness room. Breakfast, scheduled up to 11:00 am, was being removed at 10:15 am. Spa timetable prevented early morning sessions. A-la-carte menu had limited variety.

Review 68：Aquapark is paid separately for guests - this is nonsense. Hotelbuilding is located separately from the aquapark zone, you need to crossthe street to get there. Safe in the room didn't work. Breakfast isvery poor in comparison to other SPA-hotels nearby. There was only onepair of slippers in the room for two people, and they were hidden infridge! By the way, we were charged for them, but there was noinformation about this in the room (and sliipers were not included inthe list of minibar where we found them). Frankly speaking, wedidn't expect such low level of service and such approach to pricepolicy from Holiday Club.

There were quite a lot of families with small children there, so it was not always that peaceful, but it wasn't really a problem for us. The hotel was much too expensive, and we also had too pay for the spa use.
