Review 1：The need to clean on departure and leave all the cutlery,glasses,pots and pans, cups and saucers assembled on the dining table for an inventory check - French beaurocracy gone mad!

Review 3：Staff were excellent and did brilliantly with busy desk and restaurant and ensuring all customers were looked after. The garden and deck area were brilliant for outdoor eating and the dog. Heating was super addition and alfresco door on caravan really made the outdoor and indoor life merge.

Review 4：Proximity to car. Unreliable power supply Rainfall through the balcony roof (cut my hand on it quite badly). Gutters full of tree pine needles and sticks etc. Insufficient pool-side chairs. Dirty sheets on arrival. Inventory arrangement and having to put everything away on arrival. No ENglish language TV. The cleaning deposit system. No kettle to boil water for tea/coffee.

Review 5：The secluded caravan location. The caravan itself. The pathways with white sand and new shrubs along the pathway. The pool although a bit small. The entrance to reception got very congested with cars.

Review 6：The wifi. The speed was fine, but buying a wifi password was for 1 device only. We were a family with phones and tablets and this got very frustrating. Buying wifi should be for the whole chalet, not just 1 device in the chalet.

Review 7：In a perfect location to walk to the beach or the town. I can't give enough praise to the staff Thomas and also the girl (I forgot her name) for the biggest help and so accommodating and always with a smile. We had an accident in the family that involved surgery, and they really went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed and was able to extend our stay.

Review 9：blue sky with pine trees and location being near centre of La Bois - great little town with daily market. Great for cycling also - take your bikes.

Review 11：Excellent location on a camping site with all of the facilities we needed. Our caravan was very comfortable and modern and the covered outside decking made it feel very spacious. Easy access to the beach and the town.

Review 12：Wi-Fi was a waste of time. Impossible to connect reliably. Parking arrangements could do with improvement as somebody else was occupying our parking space resulting in us occupying another space to the understandable irritation of the rightful occupant who left a note.

Review 19：Excellent base for exploring the Ile de Re. Nearby beach first class. Ideal for a couple and still a reasonable price. We hope to come back.

Review 20：Very limited hours for the bar & restaurant and staff displayed a degree of unwillingness to accommodate clients. Reception shop was also quite limited but the staff there was more helpful.

Review 22：Just about everything. The mobile home was shabby and run down. All the curtains had holes in them, there was a table in the living room with no chairs, there was absolutely no room, the bathroom was shabby, the pillows were cheap and horrid - the place was an absolute disgrace and should be removed from booking.com website. The last time I stayed on a campsite was 15 years ago and the mobile home we stayed in then was a hundred times better than this one - disgusted. We had booked till the Saturday but left on the Tuesday.

Review 24：The pull out bed wasn't that comfy and the paving stones around the (large and warm) swimming pool are very uneven and a bit of a hazard.

Review 25：Lovely, modern and spotless mobile home. Small for 2 adults and 2 children (we had the 1 bedroom) but exactly as advertised. Lovely, relaxed family site.
