Review 1：Studio was tired. All pipe work behind the cistern was covered in dust and there were cobwebs everywhere. The photo of the studio showed two sofa beds but there was one and a set of small bunk beds. The cushions on the sofa bed were split in 3. One long one for one person and then 2 halves for the other person but they didn't stay together and the unfortunate person on the 2 halves kept disappearing down the middle of them as they split apart! Terrible set up

Review 7：View on the lake, proximity to the ocean and the pool being right there. All the restos were right there too. Jogging around the lake was so good in the mornings.

Review 12：Apartment was clean with everything we needed to cook. Nice pool and friendly staff. Great location close to shops, lake and beach.

Review 14：Very clean, excellent helpful staff. Secure bike storage below the apartments (although access to all apartment owners and so a very crowded storage area)

Review 15：We booked an apartment for 6 and they were only two towels. We requested more and they told us that it had an extra cost of 8€ each. After some explanations they accept to give us the towels (for free). We aware!

Review 17：Very disappointed that despite being told by staff on our third night that we could extend our stay of 4 nights by a further 2 nights, with no notice the position was changed at 9.30 am on the fifth day. We were advised we could stay until 12.30 to clean the flat then were called about 11 to give us 5 minutes to leave. I refused and we left in 15 minutes. No consideration was given to us having a young child and having to find accommodation for that evening. It was not explained what had changed - my assumption is that an internet booking came in before the staff could extend our stay. I felt the staff were embarrassed about the situation. Hence my poor rating of staff above - we won't be returning despite the excellent quiet location.

Review 20：IT's going to be a long list: 1/Very difficult to find a car space. 2/Building badly kept in shape with the inside need paint and the handle door nearly stay in my hand. 3/The swimming pool as well need to be redone.(a lot of tiles missing). 4/I mean all that for 160/170 euro a night.

Review 23：This is a pleasant part motel-style hotel ideally placed for stopovers in the Nantes area. It is close to the Nantes peripherique, its reception is open 24 hours, it offers free wi-fi with a good signal, and the staff are very pleasant.

Review 24：I lived in vieux boucau for some years and remember the boucanier beingbuilt ........this was the first time I have used the apartments and Iwas very pleased with my stay . I am now trying to talk my youngerfamily to think about a visit later this year .EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT .
