Review 1：Kitchen equipment was ok but difficult to use all at once due to short leads and lack off plugs in kitchen area. Shower curtain and shower head would not stay up for tall person Lack of large cups for tea or coffee

Review 9：We were there over the weekend and the office was closed on sunday. The wifi was intermittent and you had to log in constantly. There was no fan or air conditioning and it was like a oven in the room no fans available.

Review 11：There was no hair dryer in the room, when we asked the staff in the morning, they didn't seem to sort out the problem, instead, just told us, I am sorry, the only hair dryer we had has been stolen. ...it was a very unresponsible reply and attidute which made the stay very unpleasant.
Review 12：Wifi connection only allowed for one connection per room, which can bevery limiting for most. Expired certificate on the wifi login page meantthat as soon as I connected to my work vpn, they closed the'unsafe' webpage, which cancelled the wifi connection.
Review 13：Felt like home by being very casual living space. The kitchenette lookednice, but I didn't use it to have a useful opinion. The rooms werevery clean, spacious, and comfortable.
