Review 1：- We had a double bed with two twin mattresses that kept parting away - even basic room cleaning was not performed

Review 2：- Location is perfect, 5 min on foot from local big supermarket and 5 min on foot from super beach, 10-15 min from city centre. - Plenty of free parking in the neighborhood (whilst a big portion of the city centre is pedestrian only/no parking) - Wifi in the room is paid, but there is a (very slow) free wifi in the hall, for basic needs.

Review 3：The only thing I would recommend for the hotel to change is one of the two twin beds we had, as the wooden boards that support the mattress were literally falling out when one would move and the mattress would fall through the hole. Plus it made an aweful noise every time. Very uncomfortable.

Review 4：The kitchen was great to have, the bathroom was very nice, and the location also was very close to the beach. Overall we liked the hotel stay!

Review 5：The location of the hotel is very unappealing. The beds are not comfortable, my wife and I had to choose between the Sofa’s which opens up, while sleeping on two different levels, or to use the other room who had two twin beds. Bed rooms do not have doors. Very basic hotel which I believe not suited for families rather for friends traveling together

Review 6：We ran out of toilet roll and when asking for more they said we had to find a cleaner. Our rooms weren't serviced while we were there at all. Although they were helpful I did feel like there was a lack of security, we got keys without showing any ID or even being asked our names, quite often they just confirmed our name to us.

Review 7：On arrival we were greeted really well, the staff spoke English but appreciated our efforts at speaking Spanish. We had to move rooms as we had two separate bookings, they didn't ask us to check out before checking back in, it was all sorted to minimize our need to spend time sorting it out. We lost multiple keys but they didn't complain, they were able to give us a new one when we needed it.

Review 8：Beds were very basic and uncomfortable. There was not enough pillows, only 2 were available for 4 beds. The sheets needed to be placed by us on two of the beds and they were old, worn out and did not properly fit.The receptionist when we arrived was not attentive and somewhat rude. Always on the phone. The pool is part of a gym and is not appropriate for small children. The pool also requires a cap, which is not stated anywhere forcing you to make a purchase at the desk in order to use the pool.

Review 10：The listing in booking.com promised air conditioning, which did not work and was not attended to during our stay. We had to move the beds to the kitchen/dining area to get some fresh air at the window.

Review 12：Freezer pretty useless as has no door so food did not stay frozen. At check in, we were not told that we had a 10am check out so assumes it was noon. We were caught off guard at 11am by cleaning staff and had to gather up everything asap. Unnecessary stress after a week's holiday and with a 2-year old who doesn't understand the rush.

Review 13：The hotel was quiet enough for naps at any time and at night. Very little noise to be heard from other room. Kitchen adequate and bathroom roomy. Plenty of sheets and towels.

Review 14：Aparthotel Palamos does not provide you with cleaning products so if you eat in the apartment or cook something you need to buy soap and sponges.

Review 15：Very close to the beach, in a quite area of Palamos, not far from the city centre. Excellent swimming pool and very pleasant and helpful staff. Very close to the aparthotel you can find places to eat and take away at a reasonable price, it's very convenient if you don't want to cook. Palamos is a beautiful town, the beach is wonderful, very clean and the sea water is crystal clear.
