Review 1：Amazing family hotel. The staff is extremely helpful and makes you feel at home. Nice chalet feel with a modern twist, rooms and spa are spotless. Very nice breakfast with local products and fresh juices.

Review 2：Cosy room is way too small but we had no choice as hotel was fully booked.

Review 3：Very helpful friendly and accommodating staff incl. shuttle bus driver. Free shuttle to pistes. The most fabulous spa. Cosy bar area (afternoon crepes) and lounge.

Review 4：Very comfortable rooms. Hotel is very charming with attention to the smallest details. Spa very nice and ayurvedic massage was incredibly relaxing. Sitting areas were very cozy by the fire and restaurant was delicious. Breakfast was great with natural fruit juices a highlight. Great location in town.

Review 22：This was a ski ween-end in Portes du Soleil, wonderful hotel with lots of facilities - ski rent, SPA, etc; they also have a lovely restaurant - their foie gras brullee was amazing for starter; as well as truffle ice cream. A very lovely place to stay if you go skiing in the region!

Review 25：Nice hotel, a little diapointed in the room, I took my wife away for a special birthday and had asked the hotel to make sure every thing was perfect, arrived and was offered so no help with bags to the room, the room was tiny with a view over the local mini mart, and were woken up at 6am each morning with the noise from the delivery trucks, bath tub was no more than a large sink, the pool is ok however I like to get up early and swim neither steam room or sauna was turned on at that time (7.30am) and lack of changing rooms.. Over all it was ok , however not sure wether it should be classed as 4 star.. dissopinting hotel for the price. There are many hgotels in Chatel which offer better value for your money, Will return to Chatel again (12th visit)

Review 26：Macchi hotel closes at 23.00hrs - no night porter, bar or room service.Needed to use the emergency contact number whilst on hoiday - and itonly rang through to an empty reception.

Review 28：Upgraded to a twin room with shower. The standard room was too small for me with a 19year old son. In fact really very small to spend any amount of time. Double room was perfect.
