Review 1：parking fee €3 a day, not sure the gate goes down at night. Compared to England it is cheap though.It is free to park everywhere around it as it is next to big shopping centre and other big shops. wifi €1 a day (free wifi in the shopping centre). Kettle dangerous as has no switch so i only realized it was on when i smelt something heating dry. No sponge to do the wash up. Reception said to ask for one. I dont really want to have to come down again for a sponge that in my opinion should be there since they ask you to leave the kitchen as clean as it was on arrival. No tea spoons. No wooden spatula which means you scratch the pans using cutlery, not healthy. Wardrobe with no access to hanger part as against the left wall!? No spare blanquet, had to go to my car to get one. no spare pillow either. Bed a bit soft for my liking.

Review 2：Nice size studio Clean Nice size bathroom and nice shower. blackout curtains, a marvelous invention quiet the microwave does grill handy for your toasts. Fridge with a small freezer part useful for ice packs. located next to tram 1 line which goes to Nantes city centre in about 25mn. wifi reliable.

Review 3：This is our third time to stay over a period of three years. The paintwork on the walls and woodwork needs freshening up. It is the only hotel in France we had to pay For WiFi and paying for parking in an industrial estate and having no surveillance seems a little mean. Breakfast is too expensive.

Review 4：Good location beside a great shopping centre. 2 minutes walk to great public transport into the city

Review 5：We stayed in another room in the same hotel which seemed "fresher" and had a different level of equipment in kitchen, eg kettle, complimentary tablet for dishwasher etc . We expected to find the the same standard in all rooms which appears not to be the case.

Review 6：Location wlaking distance to tram line and mega shopping coomplex and close to minute from peripherique. Good arrangement of rooms with 2 bedrooms (and separate bathroom) with double bed and twin beds upstairs. Sofa bed downstairs

Review 8：very useful for an over night stop. there was a dishwasher tablet and coffee sachets, pretty much what you need for an overnight. Big shopping centre nearby but the saturday was one of frances many bank holidays!!

Review 12：Lifts are rare in French hotels and this one worked well. Close access to public transport and a large shopping mall was very convenient. Staff were helpful and the presence of a laundry in the hotel was appreciated.

Review 13：Some dishwashing soap would have been helpful. The bed was small and very hard. However, it was a real bed. Most of the apartment hotels we found in the Nantes area only offered fold-out sofas (read the reviews and fine print closely).

Review 14：Having a studio apartment complete with a kitchen was very nice for the price and worked well for us as we were staying 4 nights. The room was clean and there was enough space for 2 people with luggage. The kitchen was furnished with plates, utensils, pots, pans, kettle, and all were clean. It also had a cooktop, microwave, and dishwasher. The elevator, air conditioning, and fast WiFi were greatly appreciated. The hotel is right next to a huge shopping center and mall with numerous restaurants, a movie theater, and a huge grocery store. Breakfast is not included in the price, so we bought our own breakfast items and ate in our room. Even though the property is next to some busy roads and easily accessible from the highway, it was well insulated and we had no traffic noise. We found it a great location for our purposes as we wanted to be able to drive easily north and south of Nantes without having to drive through inner-city traffic. There is free parking and a nearby tram stop for those who need it.

Review 15：Very spacious two room suite. Good basic kitchenette. Good to have fridge in room. Easily to access location - near main routes. Only a few steps from tram stop for 20 min tram ride into centre of Nantes. Near plenty of shopping options; supermarkets, cinema, fast food outlets. Although in a commercial area, hotel is beside a small lake with plenty of surrounding trees. An ideal hotel location for visiting Nantes.

Review 16：It is a little tired. But everything was clean and comfy, and for the money it was good value. I have paid more and stayed in worse!!

Review 17：The staff were helpful and had good English, which was a bonus as my French isn't great. Lot of advise on where to eat in the evening. The Family suite we had was HUGE!

Review 18：Access to lift from outside to load trolley was restricted and difficult. I had to lift trolley up three steps on two ocassions to get to first floor to get access to the lift for the third floor as staff were unavailable to give me access to the lift from the outside as they were serving or clearing breakfast and unavailable. A buzzer or bell to get a member of staff would be useful at the reception.

Review 19：Location to green park walks facilities and transport excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Review 22：Not only was the room complete & comfortable, we were right off the tram line into Nantes. Summer special of E4.60 good for 2 people for 24 hrs. Made accessing the city easy.

Review 23：We stayed here on our way to visit the coast. We selected it because we needed to do some shopping on the way. The Hotel is a 10 minute walk to the Atlantis Mall with a huge variety of stores including IKEA and very large Leclerc. Room was small but adequate. There is a small fridge, stove and microwave. Bed was comfortable. There is free parking on site and pay parking underneath. For the price, it can not be beat.

Review 40：The room arrangement was not practical. We had to put the kid in the convertible sofa and the other bed was very small. The mattress was not comfortable at all. The first proposed room had a very bad smoke smell and replacement one was smaller than what we paid for.

Review 41：The staff was very welcoming and efficient. You have a shopping mall and cinemas a few meters away. The bathroom was large and modern. The room was clean.

Review 42：Minor really. There was no showergel/shampoo in the dispenser. We didnt take the breakfast as it was ridiculously expensive at 13 euros pp.

Review 43：Very clean. Dishwasher. Microwave. Utensils. Cooker and sink. Tea coffee - although only one cream packet and no milk. Towels folded fancily which was cute. There was a vanity pack with cotton buds and cotton pads which i was in desperate need of so was very happy and two small bars of soap were also provided which smelled good. Free wifi and the signal was strong :) We arrived at midnight and staff were lovely. Good last minute budget find.

Review 44：We turned up at midnight with a 16 month old and the room was spotless, travel cot set up and all facilities were as expected. There was a supermarket close by where we purchased breakfast and made in roomalthough it is available onsitein the breakfast bar. We didn't ask for a high chair so cannot comment onwhether there was one available. Would def stay there again for cleanliness, friendliness and convenience.
