Review 1：Such a welcoming family and great accomodation. Very clean...a bit of better work on the floors in the rooms would do even better, but probably a stronger vacuum cleaner would be more helpful. Otherwise all sparkly clean and organised. The food was wonderful. Hats off!

Review 17：Rooms are a little dated in terms of decor. No English speaking TV. Sky? Spa was not heating on the Friday of our stay. A water dispenser would be a great touch, in the spa perhaps.

Review 27：Hôtel Belalp had a really welcoming family feel (certainly not stuffy orformal). The buffet breakfast was good value and, as all-day skiers, wecertainly 'filled our boots' before heading out to the slopes. Our muchlarger than expected chalet-style room was on the 2nd floor and facedthe road (rather than the valley side) but there was no road/trafficnoise (other than a few late night revellers heading late one morning).The roomy ensuite had a bath (a pre-requisite to soothe the muscles),but might be a little too short for the 6 footers?
Review 28：The owners of the hotel were really friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. Our room was small but really clean and had a little balcony with amazing views of the valley. The shower was excellent! The hotel has a really lovely spa area in the basement which is all brand new and free to use (perfect after a day on the hill). We ate in the restaurant on our last night and the food was great. This is a really brilliant place to stay and great value for money.
Review 29：We stayed at this hotel with friends for a ski weekend. I booked itbased on positive reviews and was not disappointed. The rooms are smalland pretty basic, but clean and comfortable. The hotel staff wereamazing - very polite and helpful, feeling you welcome. Breakfast wasgreat, with beautiful views of the mountains. The hotel has wet and drysaunas as well as a hot tub, all of them well maintained and lookingquite new. It is within a walking distance of one of the ski lifts, butbetter take a shuttle bus to the pistes on the other side of themountain (bus stop is 7 minutes wasling distance, and bus ride isanother 10 minutes).
