Review 1：Fantastic hotel, prefect location, large comfortable well appointed rooms, friendly knowledgeable staff I couldn't fault anything. Will definitely return on my next trip to Barcelona

Review 2：The room is comfortable and contemporary, but a little bit too contemporary: architects/interior designers should be condemned living in what they have built (high technology is nice as soon as it is convenient, and there is is NOT)

Review 10：It was obviously a new hotel, so they might still be going through a learning curve, but I had better service than in many other restaurant/hotels/bars in Barcelona. - The interior design of the rooms was very ambitious. Sometimes you can get confused, but still it's a very minor issue when you find a hotel with a pool, a view and located in the heart of the city.

Review 19：I always stay at B hotel if I can when I am in Barcelona. It has a fantastic location right by the Arenas shopping centre, airport bus, Montjuic & Plaza Espagna metro. The facilities are also fantastic with great rooms, amazing roof top pool and really friendly front desk. As always I was made to feel really welcome & felt like it was only yesterday that I was here. My home from home in Barcelona.

Great shower abit exposed but blinds can be adjusted. The pool up by the roof was perfect! What a view! Great location and cost of metro wasnt bad at all. Review 30：One minor one - poor shower design meant flooding the bathroom was unavoidable when showering. This is petty though and shouldn't detract in any way from your choice to stay at this hotel.

Review 31：Friendly staff, modern, comfortable hotel, 2 minutes walk from the Espanya Metro Station. A good choice of restaurants in easy walking distance on the street and in the adjacent Las Arenas Shopping Centre. Conveniently located a 10 minute walk from the Font Màgica de Montjuïc, beneath Palau Nacional. All in all excellent and if visiting Barcelone again, I would stay here without hesitation.

Review 33：Staff were so helpful, specially after this week with the French air strikes, we like a lot of people got stranded out in Spain and thanks to the staff at the hotel found us a room at very short notice.. Only about 15 mins from airport by Aerobus or taxi. Metro station is 1min walk.. Rooms spacious, extremely clean, Clean towels and bed changed daily bar prices extremely resonabile so was the mini bar in rooms.. Lovely roof top pool as well!!!

Review 34：Taxi drivers booked through the hotel reception seemed to raise the starting price - 5 euros rather than 2-3 euros from the street, and they weren't the quickest either.

Review 35：Very smooth check-in process, polite staff, extremely modern rooms which were very clean and comfortable, great pool (although too cold to enjoy properly in March). We were there for a stag do and had no problems whatsoever. Brilliant shopping centre very close by.

Review 36：The room was far from superior. It was my 50th birthday and we wanted somewhere special. The room was very expensive for what we had. No facilities in the room. One English channel on the tv which was bbc world news. The shower squirted all over the bathroom so we had to hold it in our hand. We tried to downgrade as a less expensive and superior room would have given us the same facilities but were told we couldn't as the hotel was fully booked. We paid 300 plus euros a night while the smaller rooms were 100. We were given our 7th night at half price because we asked for a cheaper room.

Review 38：We needed internet access and the Wi-fi connection was very bad and even if we could switch our devices to the net, it took a lot of time to download even e-mails! We had a room on the second floor and from 5am till late at night we felt the vibrations and heard the noise of metro trains. The same thing was with the music we heard from the neighbour rooms and as we realized later - from the bar of the hotel. As the doors into the rooms close themselves automatically, they did it with a very loud hit sound. So as our neighbours didn't care at all about anyone, every night we woke up in shock from the series of loud hits (it could be 2 am, 3 am and so on). The ventilation system was funny, from time to time our room filled with the smell of cigarets from some other room or hotel's bar!!! The reception staff was nice only at check in and check out - I really deal this such attitude the first time.

Review 39：As we chose the hotel first of all because it's situated on Pl. Espania, we got what we needed. The bus stop of Air Bus was near (we had a lot of luggage so it was important), metro station and train to Montserrat also was 5 minutes walk. The rooms were rather old but always clean. We didn't take breakfast in the hotel so I can't tell anything about it.

Review 42：Finding the right light buttons …. breakfast of + 14 EUR per person is very high priced. We went to the local pub - 2 croissants each + coffee for a total of 8 EUR.

Review 44：- As other reviewers have noted, the lighting in the rooms is very difficult to use, the shower takes some time to get used and unfortunately there are large gaps between the wall and the bathroom / toilet doors. - No water boiler for tea or soup in the room. - Most of the staff at the reception area is not very friendly. Some don't even look up / say hello when you enter the hotel. - Swimming pool / rooftop terrace were closed during our period of stay, and there was no mention of it on the booking.com website (only on the hotel's website as I discovered after booking).

Review 64：This hotel is conveniently located to the metro and the train that leaves for Montserrat. It is also within walking distance to the magic fountains. There is an old bullfighting ring next door that has been turned into a shopping mall with many restaurants. Both tour bus companies leave from just across the street every 7-10 minutes. Modern rooms, helpful staff and exceptional breakfast. Pool and bar on the top floor offer stunning views and costs aren't as bad as you would expect.
