Review 1：Didn't get the type of room I booked, staff were unfriendly and not helpful, good and drinks were shocking, no aircon so couldn't sleep as was 35 degrees, was told had to check out early even though with been a geniuses I was suppose to get a free late check out

Review 3：No AC in the room, no WIFI (only on reception). It was Ok without AC since nights were rather cool, but I can't imagine how it could be in a hot summer night.
Review 4：We happened to get there because of Cannes Festival and 92% occupancy of the hotels in the city. We enjoyed the drive from Cannes to Saint Raphael and the next day from Saint Raphael to Saint-Moritz. Hotel itself is very affordable with rather good pool and walking distance to the beach (about 10 minutes).
Review 5：WiFi is only available in reception building and not in apartments, although a weak to middle signal may be received on balcony or close to windows.
Review 6：Very good location : nice view on the bay, close to seaside and beaches. On-site restaurant with tasty, home-made cuisine at very reasonable prices. Very friendly staff, helpful at any time. Fully equipped apartment, with balcony, om, phone with direct number and kitchen : microwave, heating plates, tableware, fry pans and cooking pots (no dishwasher). Many leisure activities available : on-site (swimming pool, tennis grounds, small fitness room, snooker) and close to resort (mountain bike, electric bike, dune buggy, golf, diving, hiking ...) Very good connections : by car (close to city and motorway - 20 minutes) and by public transport (bus stop 5 minutes by walk, train station 15 minutes).
