Reviews for Les Deux Frères
Review 1:The parking is tricky, if you arrive late you will have to end up parking a little far from where you need to go up and down hills to the hotel. But the hotel offers to carry your luggages and allows you to dump your bag directly in front of the hotel after the market closes.
Review 2:Location, location, location. It is on the top of the hill, even you don't have a room with the sea view, you can enjoy the day and night view at the restaurant or outside the viewing point. I had the dinner there and it is of great value. The room may be small but they are very clean and well maintained at bargain price. There is no mistake with this place
Review 3:The towels in the room were dirty as though they had not been changed from a previous occupant. The wine started at 30 Euro's, with no option of an everyday house wine or carafe. A small glass of wine at 6 Euro's was inferior. The breakfast was 9 Euro's and was extremely overpriced.
Review 4:The location is beautiful as it is situated in the old village. Lovely views and a good area to walk around. We had dinner at the restaurant, which was a tad overpriced but very good.
Review 5:Amazing to have a B&B in that general area at that price. The location, scenery, and the overall feeling is incredible despite the "touristy" aspect of the village. If you want a Provence countryside feeling and be only 10 - 15 minutes from Monaco, Cap Ferrat, Villfranche, Cap Martin, this is the place to be.
Review 6:The comforters smelled bad. The WiFi was very weak in the room (not their fault, since it's an old building with thick walls, but we would have liked to not have to go downstairs). The breakfast is a bit pricy, but it smelled great. We just got some pastries from next-door, but that's also because we were at the end of our trip and were spent out. Be aware before making dinner reservations like we did at 6pm for an 8:30pm dinner, that the menu outside is the lunch prices. We had to the embarrassing walk-away since the dinner menu was way out of our price range, so we just want others to be aware.
Review 7:The location was great and for the prices around Monaco, we felt that we had a great deal. The room was very tiny but cozy and nice. The shower was very strong and the water was great. They have an AC but we didn't need it in mid-September. The staff were all so helpful and nice! Just an FYI, and I'm putting it here since it's Booking's and not the property's fault, that they only accept one pet. They were very kind to take us in with our 3 small dogs, but it wasn't on the site, nor was it relayed that we have more than one. Kudos to the owner for being so nice! The view of the sea and Monaco is stunning. It's worth getting up at sunrise and looking at the view!
Review 8:Really friendly Management & staff, amazing breakfast's & dinner with a view, coffee any way I wanted it!! Gotta love that!!! Great place to stay & explore!!!
Review 9:Tiny room (even if the organization of the room was good) To reach the hotel you will climb some tens meters of road from the parking (it is not possible to reach the hotel directly with the car). Not always easy to find a parking, during high season. The few restaurants in the town are quite expensive (we took the car to reach Menton for eating).
Review 10:Great position, great view of the coast and of Monaco! Very nice medieval town. Kind staff
Review 11:Car-parking was very far from the hotel and steep slopes between the car-parking and hotel. It was hard to bring many heavy luggage from our car to the hotel room. No-one in the reception when checking-in (room key was hanging on the entrance door).
Review 12:Great view. Good location for visiting Monaco and other places around there. Facilities were all functioning well with good maintenance.
Review 13:Beautiful location in a small medieval village. Spectacular views, fantastic food, smaller rooms, very clean! The owner is such a nice guy, friendly, helpful, on top of the things - keep up the great job you are doing!
Review 14:the schedule of the bus is unreliable, if you cannot speak French which I can't you are in trouble, you have to be prepared if this is your first time to go to this village.
Review 15:I like where the hotel was situated.
Review 16:Wifi didn't connect nowhere. There should be signs the hotel is situated on a place you can't park your car.
Review 17:All staff were really friendly, helpfull and motivated. Though the room was a bit small, it was very well accomodated. The view at the dinner place is unbelievably nice!
Review 18:walls could do with a lick of paint but it is a very characterful place and we will certainly be back!

Review 21:Had visited before and vowed to return. Hotel was probably better second time round. View amazing, breakfast really delicious, staff very attentive.
Review 22:Only problem was wifi . Couldn't get signal in the room and lost the signal as soon as we moved away from bar/ restaurant area but that could be because of location of hotel . Not major problem as we were not on business trip but leisure trip
Review 23:Location fantastic , views spectacular, staff really friendly, room and tiny but that's the style of where it fitted in the hotel would deft stay here again
Review 24:Parking at the bottom of the hill and dragging our bags up. Could hear everything going on in the next room. Wifi connection in room non-existent.Dog's hair all over the floor in room. Restaurant VERY expensive!
