Review 1：Absolutely exceptional hotel. Clean, lovely rooms with fantastic views. Amazing spa and sauna area. Food included was fantastic. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Review 2：Personel in the restaurant was very slow and not as pleasant as I would expected in five stars hotel in Austria. The only activity they was able to handle quickly was bringing us a bill, what I do not consider as sufficient service :-( The opposite was the personnel behind the hotel bar, which was excellent.

Review 3：Perfect spa where you can relax without any limits. Beautiful outdoor pool in 4th floor of the hotel, panorama saunas, quite rest rooms and a small refreshment and tee in the spa is also welcomed. Review 4：Glass door in bathroom was not exactly clean, room which should be a non-smoking was a little bit smelly after previous visitors, which smoked on the balcony.

Review 12：I had a minor accident in my room where I got the hotel charge bandcaught in my earring causing a small tear. I simply needed a first aiderto attend with antiseptic wipes. The hotel had no first aider and calledemergency services which took over 40 minutes and was completelyunnecessary and embarrassing.

Review 14：- The hotel gives a choice of mountain view rooms (which is more expensive). These rooms actually view the inner area of the hotel and faces the Tauern mountain where the other rooms view the better landscape of huge beautiful green fields and also mountains! The rooms are not comfortable although the hotel seems to have spent so much on the decorations. - Some of the staff such as the receptionists who handled my checking out (Brigitte and Julia) and another staff member whose name is Gerard were absolutely unprofessional and partially rude, Brigitte and Julia cause me too much time to check out and what really disappointed me is the way who did they treated other customers by greeting them and asking for their patience, which was the right thing to do but unfortunately not with me. - Although the hotel manager was smiling and Listening to my complain but all what he could do to make it up for me for two of his staff's incompetence was to offer me a 96 Euros discount while my bill exceeded 2000 Euros!!! I told him when I understood his poor compensation that I don't accept it (not due to who low he went but to the lack of real appreciation of customers).

Review 15：- The hotel area is very good for nature seekers. - Room service menus was ok. - Some of the staff were nice such as the receptionist who handled my checking in as well as the breakfast staff and the HK staff.

Review 16：Due to a large convention having dinner at the same time as our dinner, we had to wait a while for our food. However the waiters where apologetic and offered free drinks while waiting. For some, the (signed) nude areas of the Spa may be offensive. It is a very large hotel, so you may find it a bit impersonal.

Review 17：Absolute stunning breakfast buffet. Huge selection and many healthy options. The dinner was, to our surprise for a hotel/restaurant of this magnitude, very delicious with high quality preparation and ingredients.

Review 20：First night of stay competely dominated by a Porsche owners event - we waited 2 hours for our room and dinner was a disaster, then there was loud noise and music well into the night. To add insult to injury, we were woken early the next morning by workers removing equipment.

Review 29："... This is where your journey begins and you will attain levels of deep relaxation ... " is a big cheat when you visit this hotel in the summer period. No chances you will get a good sleep. Children playing outside guests in adjacent rooms cooking dinner on the balcony while playing loud music until after midnigth. 4 complaints on 4 days at the reception did not lead to any proactive measures. It is obvious the hotel will not do much against 80% of this wealthy customergroup ... on the contrary.

Review 31：1. The tent under my balcony., Where some people smoked their long eastern pipes till the middle of nights and speak very aloud . It was impossible to sleep with open door to the balcony. The administration of the hotel did nothing to provide us calm evening time, which we hope to see at respectable Europe resort.2. After unsleeping night we were awaked by early knock to our door of the room-maid to clean our room. 3. Room was not clean very good and supplied the whole complect of accessories, which should be. 4. My room was near the lift, the WiFi was more than bad in the room. 5. There were people, who lived in the hotel by illegal way. I saw a man who get into SPA with one of his wives with help of personal key- bracelets and try to get into his two other wives, which haven't their personal keies. The nonperson aliased breakfast was attended by much more people than personalized dinner.

Review 33：1- The room doesn't has A/C which is difficult in summer (weather is change from time to time) but we enjoyed. 2- the pillow are not comfortable. 3- There is an Arabic (Moroccan) in the front desk if you don't accept something from him he became very rude (double-tongued man).

Review 43：Современный отель, теплые номера, подогрев пола в ванной комнате. В панорамном номере из ванной открывается прекрасный вид на Альпы. Замечательные завтраки и ужины. Несколько бассейнов с подогретой водой (32-36 градусов), в одном из них вода указана как термальная, есть бассейн с соленой водой, также интересен открытый бассейн на верхнем этаже с панорамным видом на окрестности. Большое количество разнообразных саун, в том числе есть сауны, где разрешено находиться в купальных костюмах. Из номера можно спокойно дойти до spa центра в махровом халате и тапочках по теплым переходам. Бесплатный прокат велосипедов.

Review 44：Gift from Reception (small jag with strawberry jam) explode in our backpack :-)))) So we had sweet backpack with chilli paprika spice. This is not complain, just interesting comment. Only, again not complain, but remark, price is maybe little bit to high.

Review 45：Very nice complex at all. Spacious, clean, appropriate location for such a complex. Room bigg enough (I was in panorama double room) with nice view on mountines. Bathroom clean, with enough space. Hotel restaurant and food (halfboard) same quality and impression as hotel - means very good :-). Hotel garage perfect. SPA complex large, clean, lot of contents. Skyline pool is interesting experience. Personnel in department for cosmetic treatments polite. Overall, very good. strong 4 stars hotel. Low chance of any problem. I will come again.

Review 49：We faced a problem on that horel, while we were attendingto go for breakfast we let the "do not disturb" card on the door while leaving ,and after we've finished our breakfast we surprised that the room was done and also a perfume was missing from our room! We talked to the cleaning staff and also the manager and they deniled and didn't do any thing about it!

Review 51：We were literaly SWEATING inside the room because it was extremely weather insulated which created a huge temperature difference between inside and outside of the room and the problem is that you cant keep the balcony door open (which doesnt have an insect screen) because of the HUGE MOSQUITOS that are waiting to enter your room. Also, both my wife and baby boy got fever because of that temperature difference. I wish the hotel had provided a simple insect screen which will make the overall experience close to perfect. Also, some of the restaurant staff were not friendly - the room furniture was generally clean but there are spider nests in the room and SO MANY OF THEM IN THE BALCONY - I wish that the hotel management will fix the above issues because it is really one of the best hotels in the areas with mainly the above problems.

For the buffet part, always fully stocked till the very end; for a la carte, beautifully presented; both absolutely delicious! Best potato salad in Austria! The restaurant team are cheerful, friendly and helpful, especially waiter Sandor, Gabor, Tamas, Istvan and the very best Anita, thank you for a great experience you've given us! The room cleaning crew are superb! We've never seen them, but they got the room cleaned and restocked everyday with great care! One day before our leaving day, the receptionist (sorry, didn't get her name, a very pretty girl with a blonde ponytail :) kindly helped us plan the route to our next destination, again with great attention to details. Needless to say how great the spa is, again, all the pools are well looked after with very long opening hours, I think it was 7am-11pm for hotel guests. On our way to the train station, the concierge who gave us a lift said 'that's the Vamed way (the chain this hotel is part of)', when we told him how impressed we were with the standard and the staff. He said 'we never say no to our guests'. My husband and I have been checking out other hotels of Vamed since our return, we'll surely check out other ones. But make sure you start with this one!

Review 60：Nice, large and airy room with superb views, balcony and a very good bed. The mini bar stocked with non-alcoholic drinks is free and re-stocked daily. We stayed in winter so the location is excellent for skiing. The hotel spa with sky pool is perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. There is tea, water and fruit&nuts to snack, as well as papers. The general spa area is open till late, also there is 24/7 fitness room and beauty treatments etc.. Breakfast is plentiful and up to standard. We tried dinner only once and the main was really good, the rest so so. Having said that it is a large restaurant and hotel kitchen so I do expect some trade-offs there. Staff was really friendly.

Review 75：The hotel has an unfair cancellation policy: even if you pay more for"FREE cancellation", if you check the exact terms and cons, itturns out, that it is free only 7 days previously! Normally hotels allowto cancell 24-48 hours before checking in. You can get sick anytime, itis impossible to count 7 days previously... So we will get back toKaprun again, but to other hotel, and may visit only their spa part.

Review 76：The spa / wellness / pool part is great, the view from the poolis beautiful, however you can go there from outside hotels as well. Sotheres no point to stay in their hotel, in these very small and poorlyequipped rooms with not too fair cancellation policy.
