Review 1：The room had a smell that was either from sewage or from having animals in the room. The room was also quite stuffy and airless.

Review 3：Room temperature for whole building is controlled at reception, and the system is flawed in that it heats some rooms more than others, Our room could not be made warm enough and one of us caught a cold. Staff were sympathetic but could do little to help beyond providing extra blankets.

Review 5：No clear instructions about tea/coffee facilities in the room!! Should be either yes or no!!! Some tea/coffee/sugar on a tray and a kettle BUT NO Milk provided and tea bags etc not refreshed each day!! Breakfast service could be a little better.

Review 13：Beds are hard, housekeeping service can be improved. Housekeeping didn't clean bathroom, did not replace dirty, tee/coffee cups, and did not re-fill tea bags. The outlet for the tee kettle is unreacheable as it is behind the desk and the cable is too short.

Review 14：The location is great for La Sagrada Familia, 5-7 minutes walk to both La Sagrada Familia and Metro. Convenient stores right across the street, restaurants nearby, coffee shops, bakeries, pharmacies, etc. 15 minutes by Metro to Plaza Cataluna. Pleasant and friendly staff.

Review 19：For some reason the key card didn't work once( but this was quickly corrected by staff). The air con in the room didn't work but we got the room cool enough via window(plus we only stayed one night in nowember).

Review 20：The location was excellent. We took the Renfe R2 North train from the airport and got off at Clot station. From Clot you can get to the hotel e.g. subway(take the purple line to Sagrada Familia station) or by walking (Clot is about 1,5 km from the hotel). (If you want to take the sub back to Clot, pick the entrance next to Burger K.) There are convenience stores nearby as well as some restaurants. And of course, the Sagrada Familia is only 2 blocks away. The breakfast was pretty versatile and fresh, but not abundant. The staff was helpful and friendly and the hotel was spotless. Our room was clean, spacious and stylish yet functional. We would definitely stay here again!

The guy who got my call in the reception was really nice. They did not charge me the snacks I had at night due to this. Is something I appreciate.

Review 38：There were small things that could have been put right but weren't. Such as the breakfast. There was a wide variety but I found unless you happened to have food from the hot plates immediately it was put in there the food was just about warm. The milk for cereal was warm as there was no cooler used. I asked for some more green tea for the room and was told there was none as it was complementally for your arrival and would not be replaced which I don't recall reading in the hotel description of facilities although I must point out that the member of staff was apologetic and very polite about it. It would have been nice if there had been a bar there. It was a pleasant hotel but personally I won't be revisiting.

Review 60：I used taxi to go airport, reception guy called taxi from hotel phone. After arrived airport, I had just walked one step then I noticed that my phone remained in taxi. Afteronly just 30 second I called my phone with my friend phone ; driver open phone then clossed its power. He openly stolled my cell phone. And Hotel reception guy resisted to help me. This is unbelivable.
