Reviews for La Cour 26
Review 1:The owner of this very stylish property was absolutely charming and could not have been more helpful. Due to our travel arrangements we arrived very early but she was still very welcoming. The decor is very chic and the breakfast was very good.
Review 2:The owners were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and the temperature could be controlled to how we wanted it. Good breakfasts plus milk and a kettle so we could have tea in our room.
Review 3:Parking not great Just remember to put a ticket on for the morning.
Review 4:Wonderful design ideas and very friendly and helpful owner. Breakfast was very nice oo
Review 5:The owners were so lovely. They were most helpful in finding a place for dinner & explaining the sights of Amiens. Fabulous rooms for a family of 4 with teenage boys. Breakfast was lovely and adequate.
Review 6:Absolutely fantastic stay. We stayed for 2 nights while visiting the battlefields nearby. Wonderful staff, who were always helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Review 8:The location near the center of Amiens, the breakfast (with the madeleines :-) ), equipment of the room, price for value, quiet rooms/street, parking options in the street. helpful and friendly owners -> forget the large hotel chains and book this place instead! Excellent accomodation
Review 9:While our stay here was OK, we were disappointed as when we booked the rating for this accomodation was 9.3. We expected much more because of this compared to other accomodations we have stayed at with a similar rating. The room for three is very small with a sloping ceiling. Very small bathroom without counter space. Very basic room.
Review 10:Friendly owners. Nice breakfast. About 20 minute walk from central square.
Review 11:Room was on top floor, but we had requested quiet room and this fitted the bill - once we had the cases upstairs we were fine. The stairs were also beautiful, loved their shape! Internet wasn't working but hosts explained that call had been made to service provider to fix this.
Review 12:Excellent rooms all designed with great taste! Friendly and helpful host and hostess. Nice formula of joint breakfast table. Some home made elements such as cakes. Excellent recommendation for local restaurant and activities for the evening.
Review 13:Can't think of anything!
Review 14:Bruno and his family were perfect hosts after we were delayed and arrived late at the house. They gave recommendations over where to eat and told us about the light show at the cathedral (which was spectacular!). Breakfast was pastries with a baguette & cheese - it was all super fresh & the kids loved their hot chocolate. Beautiful rooms, very stylishly decorated. Very convenient location - just 5 mins walk from Amiens centre. Loved our stay with you!
Review 15:Parking is a bit hit and miss. OK for us. July and august is free in the street, not sue what to do outside these times
Review 16:Modern interior. Very clean and good welcome
Review 17:Lovely place and very comfortable rooms. Travelled with 3 young children and was well set up for them too with TV games books etc. highly recommend. Host was also very welcoming and kind.
Review 18:The host and hostess we lovely, very pleasant and helpful in finding us a room, when we arrived a day early and they were full. We also liked the free street parking outside the property which is in operation from 1 July to 31 August!
Review 19:Asked for early arrival. No one available when we arrived. No one to speak to except French speaking cleaning person. Returned in 2 hours, phone # left on door. Called owner (very little English spoken) who told us she would not arrive until after 6PM. She never contacted us prior to leaving U.S. that she could not accommodate early arrival. She called cleaner who finally let us in. What a hassle. y room Tiny, tiny room, no outlets, no one to speak to about anything. A money machine B & B to be paid in cash only.
Review 20:Some people mightn't like the stairs if you have the top room, I didn't mind but it was a bit much for my elderly companion.
Review 21:Very welcoming owner, beautiful house with large rooms. Little courtyard to sit in if you wanted. Rainfall style shower in our ensuite. Coffee pod machine.Lovely quiet terraced street.
Review 22:We would just suggest that some cheese and meats or savoury products would be nice with breakfast
Review 23:The rooms are gorgeous and the finishing touches made it very special. WiFi; coffee machine; the bathroom with products. We liked the terrace and the owner was very helpful. Easy walking to the centre of Amiens and parking on the street - on a meter. Home made cakes for breakfast were very nice.

Review 29:Cash payment only . Resident cat climbing in bedroom window. Kettle was handy to use to flush toilet which unfortunately had not been repaired properly and was an existing problem prior to our arrival. 40 stairs up to room, breakfast limited choices.
