Review 1：Very basic ,no comfort might be alright in summer but end of summer it was cold and they had problems with hot water

Review 3：THe women at the desk were of great help finding us a way to visit the Gorges and the Caverne Pont d'Arc. THey made calls for us and even tried to find us a local guide.

Review 11：The comfort is rudimentary and reflects the condition of many hotels in France... Like if the world had stopped in the 1970s... Very basic bedroom, not spacious, no chair to seat. Where are the three stars?? I could hardly find two...
Review 12：Staff, especially at the restaurant was friendly. The food was fine and the goat cheese was great! The hotel is well located for sightseeing in the Gorges de l'Ardèche area and 6 kms away from the fac simile of the Grotte Chauvet.
Review 13：We stayed 2 nights & I'm glad it wasn't more. Our hotel room (203) faced onto the main road so I was woken during the night with traffic passing. I suggest if staying here you request a room facing the swimming pool. We ate in the restaurant on the first evening it's only ok but again too pricey for what you get.
Review 14：While the hotel is in need of updating I can not fault the cleanliness of our room. The scenery around is beautiful but this has nothing to do with the hotel!

Review 16：The location: excellent for the Pont d'Arc and the Caverne du Pontd'Arc, and at one end of the scenic drive along the ArdecheCorniche. Pool looked good, but weather too cold to try it out...
Review 17：Rooms and set-up were a bit basic but delivered on the key things - beds, for example, were very comfortable. The dinner was excellent with VG local Ardeche wines recommended to go with the food. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Review 18：This is a clean, modern establishment managed by a very friendly and helpful couple. On departure, we forgot our laptop computer. Within hours we received an email and a phone call and the computer was returned to us by mail a few days later. You can't ask for better service! An excellent choice if you are visiting the CVern at Pont d'Arc (cave art).
Review 19：Noisy neighbours. Rooms are soundproofed but very hot so needed the window open. Unfortunately this meant you can hear your neighbours on the adjoining balcony. Would have liked to use sauna but this is separate to the pool and needs to be booked and paid for. No tea/coffee in room.
Review 20：Swimming pool was heated and we were only ones in it which was a real bonus. Great location at end of gorges D'Ardeche. Receptionist spoke English and made us feel very welcome. Lovely meal in the evening with an awesome dessert; very reasonably priced. Secure parking within gated compound. Balcony with chairs but only view of fence.
