Review 1：I wish that the hotel can get a Norwegian tv channel and some information in the hotel in norwegian about what Levi can offer the tourists - example riding, rent a boat, fishing etc

Review 2：The room, the pool, the gondol that gave us the possibility to get up in the mountain and walk down again in a fantastic area.

Review 4：The hotel is located just in the entrance of the town so that is also a bus stop. it is very convenience when you take the coach to Levi from whether airport or Rovaniemi. Room size is big and everything is working well. The spa is really nice and there are several facilities that we can enjoy and relax. close to the town centre and restaurants.

Review 19：Room furniture, chairs are dangerous. On polished wood floor if you satforward in the chair ( as when putting shoes on ) the chair slips on thefloor throwing you onto floor then the wood at the back of the chairhits you on the head.Only two coffee,two sugar and two milk portions.

Review 21：Room is on ground floor and the car park is just outside. Anyone can walk over and peek in. I felt insecured in the room and had to use the chair to block the patio door.

Review 24：It dies everything it says. The spa is worth the trip alone. Great for families with children of all ages. And within Levi there is so much to do. The town leaves sledges lying around and the free kinder land is especially good for sledging and learning to ski

Review 27：Our first room was one of the old ones and it was just drab and depressing. Not the kind you expect from a 'luxury spa hotel'. We complained and were moved, our new room was better than the first, but still not as amazing as we'd expected. We have stayed in cheaper hotels in Scandinavia that have had much nicer rooms.
