Reviews for Hotel Sant Antoni

Review 1:The rooms had an incredibly strong smell, possibly from extreme overuse of air freshener. It was so bad that I requested and was given another room with a less prominent odor. The parking is not by the hotel, rather a remote is needed from the reception to open the two gates to the parking lot located a few minutes drive away.

Review 2:Located in the center of Ribes de Freser and a few minutes away from the Cremallera station up to Vall de Nuria, the hotel overlooks the river crossing the town.

Review 3:Nothing.

Review 4:All is perfect in this hotel. Very great. My sons and me, were very happy The staff are excellent and the hotel also. And the breakfast was incredible. We will turn back there and we recommend it to everybody

Review 5:The only problem was the very noisy extractor fan in the first bathroom we were given. The room was immediately changed at reception to another which was much quieter.

Review 6:well situated on the main road, good value for money facilities including secure parking. Although off-season hotel facilities were reasonable and service was efficient. Continental breakfast provided by helpful, friendly staff was perfectly adequate,we were offered more but were satisfied with all that was presented. The room was clean and tidy, included a small flat screen TV and the view from our window was beautiful.

Review 7:This was the most expensive hotel throughout our trip to the Pyrenees, and not the best one. The hotel is old, not very clean, but expensive. Not good value for money

Review 8:The location

Review 9:The food in the restaurant is out dated and needs help badly. Very bland and severely over cooked I recommend the hotel prats restaurant just a block away. The couple running it are great with extensive gluten free menu items. I had locally foraged mushrooms that were amazing!

Review 10:Clean nice room and great bed, sound of the river below was great for sleeping in.

Review 11:The rooms are old and the breakfast is very limited (real spanish)

Review 12:A nice family owned hotel, with a good pool. They have an indoor car park but its 200 meters from the hotel.

Review 13:This is a beautiful hotel in a small village. All the rooms are finished to a high standard. The food is great value for money and nothing is any problem to the staff in this family run hotel. Would really recommend

Review 14:Friendly staff Surrounding nature Pleasant town Swimming pool

Review 15:Everything was amazing, staff was superb, food in the restaurant was quite cheap but very good! Amazing place to say!

Review 16:Wifi is not good.

Review 17:Excellent position and very helpful staff. Pool area is very pleasant to use in the hot weather we experienced.

Review 18:Nice pool

Review 19:Beds were old.

Review 20:Diner was excellent, breakfast sober.

Review 21:1. Really no idea how it charged us for the lunch & dinner. It seems we were charged more than the menu's price.

Review 22:1. The owner helped us a lot for my lost stuffs. 2. Food is good there.

Review 23:Scabies blankets. The atmosphere in the hotel was more suitable for old people and not young couples. The hotel was locked and dark when we came back from dinner at around 9:00pm. Nobody told us that there is a backdoor and that the hotel is locked so early. We were spending more that an hour outside the hotel trying to find a way getting inside. We tried to open each door around the hotel and suceeded finally with one door that does not look related to the hotel.

Review 24:A beautiful garden. rooms are clean and comftable.

Review 25:Breakfast only adequate compared to other hotels in Girona province.Double bed was only 4'6" which could be a problem if you were tall, though the room had a sofa/daybed. The hotel closes all the frontshutters around 11 pm which can be a shock if you arrive back late. There is a side entrance but the staff did not advise us of this so wehad to do some midnight sleuthing, be warned.

Review 26:Great location for getting Cremallaria to Nuria. The hotel sells ticketsfor the railway with 10% discount, so buy them there. The hotel has anoutdoor swimming pool & river terrace. Our room had a view of themountains and you could hear the river which was lovely. Also had asofa/daybed which was nice. Hotel is family run & spotless. Located incentre of village, check out some lovely clothes, bakeries, & foodshops, good tourist office, market on Saturdays. Recommend Bar Nuria &L'arcada (try all the salads, delicious). Direct train to Barcelona only2 hours. Central for many marked walking routes.

Review 27:The dinner is definately not worth the price, the "best" menu they had is 16 euros for those super-greasy low-quality things and supermarket-gazpacho you would get in any bar-restaurant in barcelona for about 7-8 euros total! Also the breakfast was poor, something you normally get in a cheap hostel not a hotel. If you only take accomodation without food it's a good place though.

Review 28:Very helpful staff, decent value for money, room was nice and comfortable for the money. Good location not too far from any train station.

Review 29:Quiet and comfortable beds,clean

Review 30:Nice location and very friendly staff. rooms were small but clean and very comfortable

Review 31:only the limited breakfast, but not too bad.

Review 32:Very clean, nice heating and modern look. Very helpful staff.

Review 33:Totally uninspiring design/appearance. Breakfast mediocre at best.

Review 34:Very friendly staff.

Review 35:all the interior is new

Review 36:Room extremely small, poor breakfast with no buffet, rooms showing sign of age

Review 37:Very clean

Review 38:Smell of cleaning products. Huge hotel but empty...(low season).

Review 39:Good value.

Review 40:Some of the staff seemed to lack training.

Review 41:Location and ease of access to railway. Help with booking railway.

Review 42:Hello, I liked the atmosphere esti
