Review 1：First room was not in main building. The staff changed our room on request. This is an old hotel but its location is very good.

Review 3：Room was very basic. Hotel was full, so no evening meal available. Pool was small and crowded. Private beach was nice, but crowded. Breakfast was canteen like (tray and self service) and very busy. VERY expensive for what it was.

Review 4：Views of the sea and sunset from the balcony were amazing. Spar shop at the end of the road. Large balcony with airer for swimming kit.

Review 5：Staff spoke almost zero english and they had no english instructions for anything so it was hard to figure it all out. Wifi is ok but it is only available in the bar area. They provide NO beach towels and you can't even rent them. We had to go spend 70 Euro to buy beach towels and then lug them home which I thought was bizarre and a big hassle.

Review 6：Beautiful property and gardens. Room was large and functional but decor was tired and plain. Free breakfast was definitely handy but was not fabulous food, pretty repetitive. Beach was much nicer than I expected and wonderful for swimming in the sea. Overall good experience, would recommend from a value perspective.

Review 7：We were treated as 2nd rate guests because we booked at a low rate via booking.com We asked for some clean towels but didn't get them unless we paid extra for it!?! I never encountered such bad hospitality (and we travelled all over the world and stayed in a lot of cheaper hotels)

Review 9：Not very welcoming. Manager just shrugged when we complained about issues with room. Never got things fixed.Lots of rules about what you cant do. No coffee/drinks available in the day and no facilities in the room.Feels like they want you out of the hotel. A bit disappointing and not really the way hotels work today.Manager started quoting what his minimal contractual responsibilities where when trying to discuss room. Hotel reflects his outlook.

Review 15：Very poor reception staff need training. Did not mention bracelet system or car park code or offer animation leaflet on arrival. Room advertised as available from 12 or 2 on internet sites. It was not ready until 2.15. Lights in room vestibule not working. Extraction fan in bathroom not efficient. Balcony shared with restaurant so no privacy at meal times. Very poor beach location next to smelly unattractive river outlet(?) not enough parasol shade or sunbed availability. Needs major upgrade. Beach facilities very disappointing.

Review 16：Waiting staff in restaurant very efficient and helpful. Other staff very pleasant. Coralie (Reception Manager) extremely professional. Enjoyed the pool although have seen better freeform pools architecture. Buffet food very good. Would be nice if breakfast not so early. Room size good for family. Good sports facilities and classes. A good coffee at a good price in bar.

Review 17：The hotel bar closed at 11pm which is much too early when on holidays! Ironing facilities not very convenient. Pool was small.
