Review 1：Pipework and plumbing was the worst I have encountered . The noise all night from the pipes was like a Chinese torture.
Review 2：Extremely helpful lady in reception, who booked us into a restaurant in town. However, only necessary because the hotel had closed it's own restaurant a week before our arrival. If we had known that the restaurant was going to be closed for our stay we would not have booked that particular hotel but would have chosen something more central.
Review 3：This was a pit stop while visiting La Caverne du Pont d'Arc, nicer room than we even expected. Clean and all the modern city amenities. The restaurant looked great. We didn't eat dinner there but, did have breakfast which was a great spread. Location is perfect to seeing also the Ardeche river and Vallon Pont d'Arc, beautiful scenic area and a big camping/picnic destination. Plenty of places in the little town to pick up some pain, fromage, vin, & charcuterie if you wish to picnic there.
Review 4：Not a bad experience but facilities were lacking- no laundry service or washing machine on property - no ironing board though an iron was provided when asked for. It's difficult trying to iron clothes on a very narrow table or on the floor. We had been travelling for some time and had. We had arrived directly from holiday in Italy which is why we needed laundry facilities. Also menu was limited. Breakfast was self serve and queing for coffee and tea.

Review 6：The service at dinner, when the restaurant is full, is very slow. We waited for more than 50 minutes for our starters! The staff did apologize later and offered the drinks on the house but after a long day hiking the wait was too long and overshadowed the dinner experience.
Review 7：The location is perfect for visiting the attractions in the area. We visited in October, the place was quiet and peaceful. The hotel has a nice ambience and the staff is friendly and helpful. The food is excellent. Worth having dinner at the hotel.

Review 9：Very close to Pont d'Arc and a good location from which to visit the new Chaumet Cave. We had a room with a spa on the terrace outside so, even though the weather was not great, we were still able to relax in the spa.
Review 10：Very good location to the Grotte Chauvet or gorges de l'Ardeche. The hotel is quiet, recently renovated and comfortable. We had no choice of entre for the dinner, but it was really good.
Review 11：Excellent location for exploring the region, including the Cave d'Pont de Arch. We had a room with an outdoor jacuzzi which was great for relaxing after a day's jaunting. Pool also just right. Breakfast was fine but would have liked proper coffee.
Review 12：The only negative was that during dinner in the evening, we had to wait around 3 0mins for anyone to ask if we wanted drinks or to take our order. I understand if the kitchen was busy so they wanted to wait to take our order to get over the rush, but it would be been nice to have this explained to us (as I'm only guessing) and be able to wait with a drink. Once ordered the food came very quickly and was spectacular. So just that initial wait was the stay only minor negative.

Review 14：Lady at reception was helpful, friendly and very enthusiastic. Location of the hotel- removed from the bustle of the tourists around Pont d'Arc but still very short walk to the water.
Review 15：Being out of town is peaceful but no shops nearby and only restaurant in hotel and one other over the road. We had no car so had to rely on the excellent free navette or, after about 8.30 when this stops, taxis. Probably would choose a camping with direct river access if I stayed again in he area. Hotel doesn't do food at lunch but one across road does, although I got food poisoning when I was there, probably from the place across the road, although the food at both the Belvedere and the hotel/restaurant across the road tasted very good.
Review 16：Nice pool. We booked quad room but got free upgrade to suite with decked terrace with table, chairs and jacuzzi. Good position very near P'ont D'Arc and very near end of the 13km and 8km canoe trips so you could just walk up to your accommodation at the end without having to wait for transport. Younger receptionist was very smiley and friendly.
Review 17：Room 4 is right by the kitchens, avoid it. Rooms 0,3, 4 have jacuzzis on the decking terrace. We didnt have a prob but it would be very noisy if neighbours were using it late.

Review 19：it is very close til Pont D'arc, but in the summertime it is dreadful to bee there, so we went to the pool. There it was way to hot, only little wind behind the fens.

Review 21：What a place, after a long drive to walk into an air conditioned room and then a private patio are with a Jacuzzi. What a way to relax in the 40 degree heat. Hotel located just a short walk from Pont d'arc and some stunning scenery. Nice friendly staff who were really helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was a buffet and had lots of choice
Review 22：We wish we could have stayed longer, the staff were so friendly and welcoming! The restaurant had the most amazing food, and good value. Wonderful view from our large balcony which had a hot tub and we were looked after so much, both of the ladies on reception knew it was our honeymoon and were lovely :)

Review 24：This hotel is located about 50 meters across the road from Pont d'Arch viewing area. Excellent location with lots of good parking. Great views of the Ardèche canyon from the dining room. Good selection for breakfast. Restaurant also serves dinner.
Review 25：The bedroom was a little cramped. Minor point: it needed many more clothes hangers, mor hooks, a shelf in the bathroom, the mirror could be better placed near the cupboard, and we did tell them about the shower which too easily flooded (they were lovely about it)

Would thoroughly recommend as a base toexplore the area. Great food in the hotel restaurant - we ate as afamily there both nights from the 20 euro menu which was lovely.

Review 76：We loved this hotel and would highly recommend it! Rooms werecomfortable, clean, nicely decorated. The shower was excellent which isnot always the case in Europe. We ate breakfast and dinner in therestaurant and were happy with both. For breakfast they have a machinewhich warms the milk for your coffee which was a really nice touch. Wecould walk to and swim under Pont d'Arc from the hotel. The town isclose and we ate a couple of meals there too and also bought bread andtapenade to eat for lunch during our kayak trip. Staff at the hotel wasfriendly and helpful and it was nice to have a pool. We highly recommendthis hotel and will definitely stay again if we ever come back to thispart of France.
Review 77：We approached the hotel driving up the Gorge D'Ardeche - beautiful scenery and relatively quiet. You could see the river was popular with canoeists, but they were a long way below. However at the top of the gorge where the hotel was is was more like a seaside town, packed with holidaymakers and not really our cup of tea.

Review 80：The building was clean but looking a bit tatty. Plaster knocked off here and there and in places it could have had some painting to smarten it up a bit. The resturant menu was good but we were unfortunate to have tough steaks. There could have been more vegetables with our meal. The plate looked fancy but not satisfying. A squiggle of sauce here and there doesn't make a meal. The staff were very busy and we did have to wait quite some time between our courses. The brochure in the room said that reception would be open at 7 o'clock but did not open till 8 o'clock. We got up early and waited an hour before we could depart which made it a little late for our next stop. We did speak to a member of staff who told us that reception would be open at 8 o'clock but they did not offer us any refreshments while we waited. It was not our place to ask for coffee but it should have been offered as it was the hotels fault for not having the correct information in the room. We were told that there was no Wi-Fi when we arrived but found out there was when we were about to leave.
Review 81：Bedroom was comfortable and clean. The swimming pool would be great in the hight of summer but too cold when we stayed.
