Review 1：- check in service- non hospitable service, zero information - poor dinner choices (especially salad buffet) - average breakfast buffet selection - coffee at the breakfast is not free- it costs 3 eur (unacceptable for 4*) -

Review 3：Actually, none of our experience was too bad, but there is a room form improvements. E.g., - although the offer for the breakfast is reasonable, warm sausages were not included, the offer of fresh fruits was limited to not very tasty green apples and occasional water melon; - the blanket in the bedroom was too heavy for the summer season; - inaccessible outdoor relaxation area from the indoor swimming pool; - no terrace with a view where meals could be served (only a small platform was available facing the parking place); - a certain monotonicity in the offer of evening meals, with prevailing cream soups and the same choice of vegetable salads; - as a rule, the presence of the local heavily smoking "stammgasts" in the bar. The location of the hotel is at a relatively quiet place not far from the center of Kaprun. However, a big drawback is that there is no green garden or park around the hotel . Basically it is surrounded by parking places.

Review 4：There is nothing too exciting about the hotel, and nothing too bad about it. Among the positive highlights are: - friendly personnel, e.g., the owner did upgrade our room in reaction to our desire to be in a room not facing the main road; - availability of free wi-fi throughout the hotel; - free parking; - free swimming pool; - free Kaprun-Zell am See Card enabling free ue of cable cars and visti of the main tourist attractions

Review 7：The worst breakfast I've ever had. Not enough food, bad quality. Maximum 3 star hotel in my opinion.

Review 9：The only problem I had: it was very hot in the room and could not find any regulation possibility. However since I stayed only for one night I did not ask the staff for help so I do not know if it could have been fixed.

Review 10：Very good location within Kaprun, nice quiet environment but still not far from the centre. Own parking, nice room, good breakfast. The dinner was also good, a bit heavy though.

Review 11：for a 4 star hotel we didn`t expect a dirty bath, old fuzzy towels with a very ugly smell and no parking lot near the hotel. Besides that our room had a terrible smell!! This house is not more than 2 stars worth. Besides that we had more drinks on our invoice than we had ordered and had to discuss this with the reception desk.

Review 12：Smoking in bar which was an issue in all bars in Kaprun. it is time the Austrian authorities enforced a ban on smoking in public places. This really detracted from our holiday

Review 16：Very little. A partitioned balcony to give more privacy, and a table on the balcony. An armchair in the room (junior suite) A bath in addition to an integral/separate shower.

Review 17：Overall very impressed. Warm and welcoming atmosphere created by friendly and attentive staff. Excellent 4 course dinner - plentiful and imaginatively presented. Room spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable, with the bonus of a separate toilet.
