Review 1：Nothing around, only two restaurants nearby. Without a car you will be stuck.

Review 2：Nice seaview from the balcony/room. Okey rooms. Breakfast was good, though very sweet. More of cheeses and vegetables would be better.

Review 6：I thought that the decor was quite dated and the bed was old/poor quality. The room was rather disappointing considering the price. The bathroom in the room appeared to have some issues with mold or mildew based on the smell. The bathroom smelled very bad, even with an air freshner. In fact, I found it difficult to sleep due to the very bad odor coming from the bathroom.

Review 10：The location is amazing, you are right on the beachside of agay. The hotel is run by a warm charming family who makes you feel at home the moment you arrive. The rooms are clean and comfortable with every morning roomservice of clean towels and a cleanup. You can park you car easily at the hotel. The hotel is located 15 minutes from st maxime and 25 minutes from saint tropez so you can explore everything during day and nighttime

Review 25：Staying in the hotel was excellent since my wife and I felt hospitality, we were given every support, we felt ourselves as at home.

Review 26：According to description the family room should have a seaview andgardenview, but it is not true. Whereas all other rooms in the hotelface the sea or hotel garden and have a balcony with the seaview or thedoor directly to the garden, the family room is the only one located onthe back of the building. One bedroom has a narrow seaview along theback wall of the building but the children´s-bedroom overlooks theowner´s private backyard and the storage of dirty laundry. We regularlyheard talking of the owner and her friends at the table (often till 11P.M.), we could smell the fumes from the kitchen, cigarette smoke andhad a view of the laundry drying in the backyard. The family room isalso located above the kitchen, so every morning starting at 7 A.M. weheard ringing of dishes and smelled breakfast being prepared. Althoughthe hotel is located at the seaside there isn´t any place in the familyroom where to dry wet swimsuit or beachtowels. It is forbidden by theowner to use refrigerator with minibar for your private things, it isforbidden to eat in the room. If you want to speak in the room with openwindows later than at 11 P.M. you have to whisper. (On the other handthe owner and her friends were speaking loudly, dining and smoking underour windows the whole evening from 5 till 11 P.M. and also were talkingabout the guests of the hotel which is very unprofessional!) The owner´ssupervision of guests is too much and is annoying. (The owner warned uswhen we used the different bowl for the breakfast then the onedetermined - as a teacher in the school-canteen!) The stay in this hotelwas a big mistake!

Review 38：I have loved my stay at hotel La Caravelle. Good price/quality for a superb location. Big terras with seaview. 'la patronne' is the driving force in this hotel. She makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive at this hotel..Location is ideal for visits to Saint tropez (use 'les bateaux verts') Frejus and Saint Raphael (night market is wonderfull). Top restaurant at walking distance. Nice beach in front of the hotel (not crowded). good parking facilities, internet connection and good quality TV.

Review 39：Very friendly owners who went out of their way to be hospitable. Furthermore, they returned a camera which we had inadverdently left behind in the room. Their cat was also very nice.

They supplied me with an adapter for my chargers and were Able to recommend a local restaurant 200m away which was very good. They don't speak much English so non French speakers might struggle a bit. There is wifi free in the lounge but not in the rooms which is a pity. The rooms are air conditioned, very comfortable and spacious with beautiful views over the bay. The gardens are very well kept and it's set out with tables and chairs etc. There is small flat screen TV but no English programmes.
