Review 2：We had a room with see view and it was really exited, you can see and hear the waves and easily can watch the beauty of this bay. Personal was very supportive and ready to help. Breakfast has enough assortment for any taste. Everything was perfect.

Review 3：Rooftop hot-tub not hot. Bathroom very dated. Lobby/bar soulless. Tree loppers outside started at 8.00 with chainsaws. Palm trees obscure sea view on 1-3 floors. Sea only visible from floors 4-6. 2 tiny lights in bathroom make it to dim even to shave. TV obscures bedroom dressing table mirror.

Review 14：I reached the hotel at about 13:00 hours. (Possibly I wrote in my booking time that I shall be arriving between 14:00 and 15:00, which I think is not to be taken as commitment. I was made to wait for a long time at the reception formore than 1 hour. I expected that there will be tea or, coffee making facility will be there in the room but I was disappointed. The breakfast was not of a good standard

Review 18：Didnt get any sleep as room was to the back and on the first floor, on to a very busy noisy road. Room 106 not to be recommended! We complained but receptionist wasnt interested, so we checked out after first night. Poor value for money as rooms with balconies overlooking the sea were only €5 more. Breakfast not very good value either.

Review 22：This lovely hotel is located on the edge of Menton but close enough to walk to the railway station, shops and restaurants. We were on a high floor and enjoyed a fabulous sea view. There is a fairly busy road between the hotel and sea but the noise of the sea drowned out the traffic - and we love the sound of the sea so this was perfect for us. Although we didn't use it as it was full, the rooftop area was really lovely. We'd quite likely return here if we are in Menton again.

Review 28：It is a great hotel for 3 stars with a great location on sea side. We had the view of the sea and you can swim directly in the front of it if you want (with pebbles in Menton beach). It is very close to Monaco so better to stay here and drive there. It's about 15 min walk to town center but totally doable next to the sea. The wifi was perfect. Room was comfy, breakfast ok, and staff ver helpful. We also found parking in front of hotel and didn't pay anything extra which was another plus.

Review 37：Stayed in this location in June 2015 travelled from Dublin. The guy at reception went the extra mile giving advice on restaurants shopping and booking shows. He also advised us where we should not go which was very helpful. Very friendly atmosphere at reception. The location is safe, close to shopping restaurants and transport

The seafront location of the hotel is great, but you have to walk 20 minutes to the old town of Menton. The condition of the room is good, but not brandnew ! The lobby looks the best !

Review 43：I didn't expect my card to be charged for the first night as a deposit, actually we were planning to pay with another one. And yeah, it's a lot of money to stay here, but it is worth it, you will feel relaxed and well-rested.

Review 44：To avoid repeating all the comliments that the other reviewers make, which are true: buffet breakfast offers extensive variety (cheese, ham, salmon, eggs, pickles, omelette, toast and pastries, etc.); even though there are no coffee & tee facilities in the room, there's a bar downstairs, a cuppa costs around 3 or 4 euros; the views from the rooms, on both sides of the hotel, are marvellous, like, that kind of marvelous that you shouldn't ignore when choosing a place to stay. Also, consider that there is a bus shuttle to Nice airport (No 110 - just google for "navette menton nice aeroport" to get the timetable), it stops right nearby the hotel. The shuttle costs 20 euros per traveler.

Review 59：We could not adjust the thermostat in the room. When we called the frontdesk to ask for help, the man said we had to call back in the morning(it seemed like he didn't speak much English). But that didn'thelp us, as we were leaving the next morning.

We arrived on the first Sunday of the month to find th promenade closed to traffic until 6 pm. The breakfast buffet looke like a good value.

Review 75：Spa is not a real spa, just a bubble bath ans small sauna room. Great marketing however! Also the lobby is re-done, not the rooms. No king size bed, they just put 2 beds together. No showerhead holder in any of the rooms, so you have to keep it in your hand during shower.

Review 83：Almost everything. It is a super hotel although I preferred it before the public rooms were modernised and it was more like the Danielli In Venice...but affordable. Brilliant soundproofing within the hotel and not bad re: the busy roads outside And clean...wish our house was as sparkly! If they turn it into a retirement home in the next 15 years we are going!

Review 84：Liked everything. A couple of thoughts: We were unable to have the sea view from our balcony which is a shame. The balconies with the mountain views are also fine but in shade. The 7th floor outdoor area did not feel welcoming. Views are spectacular so worth a look see though.

Unfortunately even though it was noted on the booking confirmation, our room was not available for our earlier check in for several hours due to a late check-out by those before us. By no means did this spoil our wonderful stay.

To come from our beach swim just across the road from the hotel and then be able to relax looking out over the ocean from the roof terrace and spa of the hotel with our refreshments was heaven.We will certainly be back.

Review 102：We've stayed in this hotel for 3 nights in August. The location is great at 10 minutes walking distance to Menton oldtown. If you have a car, it only takes 10 minutes to travel to Monte Carlo and about an hour to San Remo. The room furniture is not brand new, yet everything is clear and the personnel is very helpful. Train station is 10 min. away (walking) from the hotel, also the bus stop is nearby. Yet, for the ones who'd like to take the taxi to Monaco, it will take you around 40Euros. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

Review 105：The views from our 6th floor room if the mountains was excellent. Just one floor up was a lovely solarium overlooking the sea. And the hotel was a short 15 minute stroll to the centre of the old town. We managed to park right outside the hotel for free which was a bonus! Monaco is a short bus ride away (30 mins 1.5 euros), worth a day trip. On top of this the hotel was very clean and modern, the bedrooms very comfortable and quiet. The staff were excellent and so friendly and helpful. A really lovely stay.

Review 109：there is an issue with wifi connection supplied to hotel guests, it is not secured at all. ports of my computer were being scanned on a regular bases. antivirus blocked remote connections. my server at the office closed ports and refused to connect.
