Review 1：no washing up liquid or cleaning cloths (we were there for only two nights) the bath plug didn't fit well, the markings on the cooker worn out, the terrace door handle - broken, no WIFI in rooms and slow/poor elsewhere.

Review 3：There was very poor wifi in the complex. There is a sign in reception to indicate that they don't guarantee wifi in apartments. In 2016 wifi in each room is the equivalent of a flushing toilet. This could be easily be rectified by the Management. Depending on number using it, wifi was not even available in reception!

Review 8：Information and welcome at check in was very smooth thanks to Conception at the front desk. The studio on the ground floor are basic but very clean. The kitchen is simple but new. The veranda is a very nice option for lunch or sunbathing. Overall a good choice for budget travelers.

Review 14：The hotel emailed us to warn us about the number of steps in to the hotel. Many hotels wouldn't have taken time to email us as much information as they did it was appreciated.
Review 15：We were concerned over the safety of the balcony. There were large cracks on ours and the columns on all were not straight.

Review 18：This is very good value for money. The accomodation is very well located, the pool is maintained and not busy over the day, there are restaurants around. The sea view is not direct but nice and inspiring.

Review 33：Apartment 102 Balcony area (our Studio Apt). There are two levels to this building. Apt 101 being above 102. There are two supporting pillars running from our balcony to the upper floor, one of these pillars is upright to 90 degrees from the horizontal the vertical as it should be. The other pillar is at a slight angle but the concern is there is a straight line fracture downwards from the wall the pillar is stood on. As you look along the row of balconies the next 6/8 supporting pillars are also at an angle. the pillars have been affected by slippage of some sort, they are not in the correct position. I am not an expert but with further vibration and slippage the upper floors could be vulnerable to collapse. I should have reported this to the duty manager at the time but I suspect my worry would be ignored. I have a couple of mobile shots if required. I Think this is at least worth an official report from yourselves to the Charco del Conde. Rgds David Bailey
Review 34：WiFi is good when it's working. But it is only reliable/fast from 9am to 2pm and then late in the evening. Don't expect it to work all the time. But you can use a computer in the lobby for free and even print out stuff there, which was very helpful:)
Review 35：Beautiful mountains behind the hotel, and a lovely beach right across the road. Staff were very nice and helpful. 12noon check-out time was great. This place has a very nice, and quiet clientele, so I got the most amazing sleep, rest and meditation as there were never any "noisy neighbors" :)
