Review 1：Tiny facilities, not clean, not helpful staff. Insane stairs, no ventilation, etc. More expensive than better options.Downtown beds way better. Unmanageable small showers and sinks. ONE shower bathroom facility which is the size of a small kitchen. Showers are size of a locker.

Review 3：The bathroom and toilet was tiny, even for someone as petite as me! Mainly this was because of bad design. Only 1 female shower/toilet. You will need earplugs to sleep here.

Review 4：The staff were very helpful and friendly when you needed help, and the beds were comfortable. Wifi was good. There was a kitchen available. The neighbourhood location was also fantastic, lots of bars, restaurants and nearby markets.

Review 5：When we got there they never received my reservation, and made a big deal about it. and then the receptionist didn't have change to give me, she made me wait until the next day and didn't inform anyone of it.

Review 7：The staff! Angel is amazing,is that familiar face you need when travelling alone, plus he helped me with anything I needed! Close o the hostel there is a Bus that takes you to the Metro, otherwise is 15/20min walk. Close to the hostel there is everything you need and if salsa is your thing the most famous Mama Rumba salsa y merengue place with live bands.

Review 8：It's too noisy on weekends... Not the hostel itself but the bar around. That's normal, but if you are planning to rest you should better bring your earplugs.
