Review 1：bit cold at night, but I usually need lots of heat, and it was minus 17 outside.

Review 2：This was part of my Xmas break to Finland, best hotel in Lapland IMO, just for the views and surroundings, and exclusivity. Easy access to main Levi village with Gondola, though quite expensive by taxi once Gondola closes, though there is a cheaper shuttle. Staff here are very friendly and extremely helpful. I would like to thank particularly staff of morning 27 December when the Gondola was closed and there was not enough time to order a taxi for me to make it to the pre-booked Snowmobile Safari, the lady kindly gave me a lift into the village just like that! Over and beyond. They also changed my twin bed to double bed upon request, thank you for accommodating my needs. Much appreciated. Thank you. Clean facilities, secure, and nice Sauna.

Review 3：The hotel offers very good hosting facilities as well as excellent restaurant food. It's very well located for ski sports, hiking sports and aurora borealis hunting

Review 4：After 23:30 you need to take a taxi or walk quite a bit from the village. Before that time there is first the lift and then free shuttle bus. So if you come only for Hullu Poro partying, it is not optimal. For skiing and little evening stuff in the village, it worked fine.

Review 8：Can be inconvenient to get back to the hotel once the gondola has closed for the day. However they do have a very cheap shuttle bus service that runs from their sister hotel K5 near Levi centre till midnight. Otherwise you have to catch a cab which can be a bit expensive in Levi. Not a big worry but we were out Aurora hunting :)

Review 10：Windows are not built properly!!! Level of service sometimes improvable! Soap provided by the hotel is terrible and the soap dispensers always empty or not working well ( please use a better soap and charge 5 euros more per night )

Review 42：We stayed 3 nights and breakfast menu was same every morning. Would be nice to have a slight altering menu by day, such as scrambled egg/omelette, hash brown/potato, bacon/sausage/ham, etc.

Review 46：The accommodation that we were allocated was not in the main hotel but a side wing that is not owned by the hotel. On the fifth floor with only one lift without any lights inside. My partner has only recently had knee surgery and unable to use the stairs Reported the fault on the day of arrival then again the following morning and assured it would be fixed. That evening with lights still not working told by reception that it was not their problem as the building was not owned by the hotel and the maintenance man for this accommodation was located almost 200 km away. My advice check and check again that you are allocated rooms in the main hotel.

Review 48：The room was large, well appointed and clean and quiet. We had lovley views over the valley below. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was good.

Review 49：The only complain would be the absurd need to constantly use the card-key to access everything. It's already quite no sense being this an extremely safe place in the middle of Lapland, but the amount of times you had to use the card to get to your room was worst than that of hotels located on the downtown of major east European capitals: 1) use the card to access the building, 2) Use the card to activate the elevator to your floor, 3) Use the card to enter the corridor of your floor!, 4) To open your door. A bit too much...

Review 50：Beautiful apartments equipped with absolutely everything. But not just the basic and standard things you find on most apart-hotels, I mean EVERYTHING. A lot of attention put to every detail. Nice Sauna and balcony with table and chairs. Fantastic views to the lakes and forests (the hotel it's at the top of a hill). Good working wifi internet. Very very clean and well maintained. Cozy and inspiring atmosphere and decoration, both here and on the restaurants of the hotel and reception. Big and spacious parking. One of these extremely rare hotels on which is hard to find something wrong.

Review 56：It was great that you could get to the slopes straight from the hotel (although the main slope you can reach from the hotel is one of the worst in Levi). Hotel was also close to Levi centre, it only takes a minute to reach Levi centre with gondola lift. If you rent an apartment, you have a sauna, washing machine, drying closet and fully equipped kitchenette. There is also a shared maintenance room downstairs where you can tune up your skis and boards. Apartments are not faced towards to slopes, so no slope view. All in all Panorama apartment is good option to enjoy your active holiday.
