Review 1：The room (although a non smoking one) had a smell of dumb...It was tiny with old furniture and a bathroom for little people only. In respect to cleanliness i have to say that this is one of the worst hotels i have ever visited. If all these were in the price of a youth hostel i would not complain, but for almost 150euros i was expecting at least the basics...

Review 22：Strong odour of cigarettes when we entered the room. A bathtub in a small bathroom is quite cumbersome and the placement of the toilet is not convenient at all!!! The bathroom, bathtub and toilet were not cleaned properly, there were hairs in the bathtub and on the floor. The pillows had hairs too and the top bed spread had cigarette burns and was not clean. It will be our first and last in this hotel!

Review 24：Even though labelled "non-smoking", the room had a strong smell of cold tobacco making it necessary to leave the window open, resulting in having to endure the loud middle of the night conversations of youngsters in the street.

Review 27：The hotel is good value for money, breakfast is good for Euro 9, close to several restaurants in Rueil Malmaison, within walking distance of IFPEN (for my business meeting) and the wifi is at no cost and time is unlimited.
