Reviews for Hotel de Cap Esterel
Review 1:Hotel restaurant quite expensive and not overly good but breakfast was fine.
Review 2:Everything is available on site but St Raphael nearby to visit. Beautiful views. My daughters loved the pony riding experience.
Review 3:- Staff are very... French - You have a bit of a hike ahead of you arrive by train without a car... All of it uphill
Review 4:- Wonderful facilities and village - Beautiful swimming pool - Convenient village, restaurants, and shops
Review 5:Only negative was the noise from a couple of late night events that were present within the complex. These were from members of company staged events on site which should have been contained in order to respect holiday guests.
Review 6:Very nice hotel would stay again very soon as it's such a great location.
Review 7:The beach the free train takes you to has large stones near the sea and hard sand. The long walk into Agay beach in the heat was not good but so worth it once there. The amount of steps in the resort were hard for our older relative and the steep slope up from the pool. In the restaurants some meals seem expensive compared to GB.
Review 8:Our room was sufficient, we had a balcony with beautiful view of pools and sea. Cleaners kept bathroom clean. Beach in Agay centre was a long walk but worth it. The Burger Bar had friendly staff who could speak English, Vincent was the most fluent and very friendly. One restaurant better than others, waiters speak english and have good selection, tucked into back corner with bright coloured seats. Taco Salad and Salmon Pave very nice.
Review 9:Loud music being played in the outdoor public spaces until very late and night, often after midnight, and noisy young people until much later than that.
Review 10:A lovely clean and cool room with a superb view
Review 11:The hotel was not cheap but I was very annoyed that whilst on the way home they bothered to phone my mobile to say that I was to be charged for one bottle of water. This was petty and possibly cost more in phoning my mobile phone on my English network than the cost of the water - I hope so.
Review 12:The variety of restaurants shops swimming pools and other things to do
Review 13:The tiny, hard beds and the small appartment. The dilemma I got from being sold a tiny appartment from pictures of a larger one...! But the manager gave me a large one for no cost, after a talk. No aircon, boring food at the restaurants.. Too loud around the pool.... Dirty toilets around the pool-Area. Machine-like fascilities, think I am done with that...
Review 14:All the fascilities, the building style, the proximity. The terrasse in my appartment with the beautiful view! The size of the area helped so it didn't feel to crowded.
Review 15:Friendly, helpful staff. Great location with views over the pool and mediterranean. Room spacious and clean. Good breakfast with plenty of choice
Review 16:The bed was rock hard, painful!
Review 17:Great for Kids, lovely views
Review 18:Poor decor, noisy place, unhelpful staff, paid Wifi, breakfast not worth 11eur.
Review 19:Big room, sea view from the balcony.
Review 20:very crowded
Review 21:lots of things to do
Review 22:No tea making facilities in the room
Review 23:The fact that everything was in the one place including Resturants at whatever price you could afford.
Review 24:Dont like the way the SPA for example is managed seperately as we had an issue with a booking here and the Hotel could not assist as it is a different company.
Review 25:Very family freindly
Review 26:Poor Internet, and you have to pay for it, I think by now all hotels should be able to offer free wi fi
Review 27:Amazing place, beautiful views, friendly polite helpful staff, everyone we met was happy to help with any question. Lots of activities to keep you busy.
Review 28:Overprised breakfast, should have been included for that price. Had to pay also for sun beds at the pool....
Review 29:We have earlier spent many(around15) holidays at Cap Esterel Village in appartments, so know the place very well. Very beautiful view to the pools and sea from our room, we liked it very much! The appartments in the village have no air condition,, so therefor we chose the hotel this time for this one night stand. We likes our stay very much,, and will surely come back with friends and families again!
Review 30:Very noisy, far from restaurants with decent food.long drive to bigger towns like nice and Cannes
