Review 1：Breakfast room a little odd. Too many tables, so we couldn't actually get into the seat without moving other tables, though the breakfast was good, just too much furniture.
Review 2：Location is fantastic, great for beach, dining out, view from room and watching Monaco fireworks from the end of the peninsula, so no car needed.

Review 29：Very old fashion rooms. Poor quality and dirty walls. I regret why Ichoose this hotel and paid 80 Euro for that !! For me it was like a onestar hotel or even like a hostle which could cost 30-40 euros per night.I wonder how this hotel had gotten grade 8.0 from Booking.com. Theyshould re-verify and get back this score from this hotel.
Review 30：It was a little difficult to get to and from the hotel from Nice, because the bus doesn't always stop at the right stop and there was a problem with the train while we were there.
Review 31：The room was so comfortable and clean. The location next to the beach was amazing, plus our room had a beautiful view of the ocean! The staff were also so friendly.
Review 32：The hotel is in very poor condition. The corridor en route to bedroom (first floor - facing road at back of hotel)had wallpaper literally hanging off the wall due to damp/leak. V poor first impression. Room size was fine. God size terrace. Bathroom old but clean. Understand that rooms are in process of renovation. Would avoid hotel unless you know you are getting a renovated room.
