Review 1：Intallations , room, bathroom, no restaurant or meal services , no room service available, poor and very limited breakfast ... It's a guess house at a price of a 4 start hotel.

Review 3：A bit depressive wall painting in hotel rooms :) Air conditioner was too aloud. Don´t go to Paris by car if you might...traffic in city is horrible, congestions everywhere everytime.

Review 5：The hotel charges a big part of money for staying in the day of booking, and if you dare to mention it to the reception manager he starts badly yelling at you telling that he is fed up with such people like you and doesn't want to hear about it. It was horrible, unexpected and completely unprofessional. I was so frightened with such a treatment that paid twice and then solved this double paying not with the hotel but with my bank. And a couple of things more to be prepared: no public transport nearby and pretty poor breakfast.

Review 27：When I arrived in the morning after a long flight from South Africa my room was not yet ready. The receptionist went out of his way to find a solution for me so that I could take a shower and rest. He placed me in a room that had already been cleaned and helped me move to my original room after lunch. What a pleasant experience and flexibility, much appreciated!

Nous a annoncé qu'il ne restait plus que des lits jumeaux, les chambres ayant été reattribuees a cause de l'arrivée d'un groupe. Les serviettes étaient en partie manquantes voire n'ont pas été renouvelées. Enfin, la chambre manquait sérieusement d'aération.

Prior to going toQualys, I had sent to Qualys a mail which clearly indicated that Iwanted a room not located on the street, a very quiet room. I alsoindicated in my mail my desire to get two extra pillows and oneadditional blanket available in my room. I sent this mail to this hotelthrough my booking.com reservation which I recieved in my mail box assoon as I booked one room in the said hotel. I arrived at the hotelwhich I had called earlier to make sure that Qualys hotel had recievedmy booking through booking.com. So, I was welcome by the guy at thereception desk. He stayed seated, did not stand up. He gave me the keyof one room, I went up there by the elevator and it was a room on thestreet side, noisy, no additional blanket, no extra pillows asrequested. I went back to the lobby, I explained the guy at thereception desk that I had sent him a mail about what I wanted and calledhim. He said that he will changed my room. He gave me another key room.I went up there again by the elevator. The room was under fullrenovation, no bed, extremely dirty, a lot of dust everywhere, veryuntidy. The workers had left their tools everywhere in the room and inteh corridor. I went back down to the lobby. The guy at the receptionanswer that he did not know about teh going renovations in teh hotel. Icould'nt believe him, no. He agve me another key room and said this timeit will be ok. But, he said he has no extra-blanket and no additionalpillow. This is not true, I knew it cause the hotel was not full at all,he simply did not want to move from the reception desk. Most of thetime, he was talking, in a language I did not understand, over thephone; most likely with a friend of his. Ok this is life.
