Review 1：Atthis time road construction works made it a little bit difficult to reach he hotel

Review 5：my tablet wouldn't connect to the wifi. I had the same problem all week at the Kimmel in Joensuu, so it must be something to do with that network, as my wifi was fine everywhere else.

Review 6：The welcome message on the TV was a nice touch, as was the free water. The bed was very comfortable. The bath was lovely.

Review 7：The worst car parking garage I can remember ever experiencing. Was designed by an idiot. Did not see one person that did not struggle to park where only a single space, most needing guidance by companion. Absolutely disgraceful design. Wifi needed to be signed back into each time returned to hotel, needs upgrading.

Review 8：Room layout is well thought out and plenty of useable space and smart storage. Beds were comfortable, rooms quiet and ensuite Ok. Breakfast standard fare and although crowded, flowed reasonably. Good city location.

Review 15：Staff is useless whenever you apply with a question. We travelled with a kid and it took four hours for hotel personnel to fix extra bed (which was in prior booking!). We also asked to reserve a table in one of city restaurants for the nextd day which was not done though was confirmed by reception. My wife who arrived a day before me, asked to deliver luggage from the lower level of garage, where they hav no elevator, to the room (she was also handling a smal kid) and reception ladies refused to arrange that (!!)

Review 16：Our room was not so clean as we arrive, with dust on floor, next to the wall corners. Despite the variety of food, breakfast looked like it had not been prepared carefully, and the tables was not very clean. There were few amenities, no bath cap, no swab, coton and no bar soap. The towels were also very small. I travelled with my husband, and even we had a great bed in our room, we had two small individual blankets to cover up.

Review 18：I am an interior designer. The room is very well planned and spacious. Colour scheme pleasant and cheerful. All furniture are designed to offer adequate space and convenience. Common areas made use of natural light. Again well designed.

Review 19：It is a big and crowded hotel. So if you are looking for a lonely and cozy place it is not the correct choice. Better for business and leisure/tourism-like visits to tampere. It is not a flaw or negative point, just a consideration of the atmosphere you can expect when you get to the hotel.

Review 20：The rooms are comfourtable. The staff is friendly. The hotel is modern and has clean facilities.The view from the 18th floor is worth the price. The hotel is in the centre of the city and that lets you get to most of the places easily. The breakfast buffet is good and gives enough diversity of things. The spa looks good and well maintained. We didn't try the hotel restaurants but if was good to know that you have options in the same hotel.

In the main (Finnish) food restaurent food was good but very over priced. I didn't try any of the other restaurents in hotel as was taken out to excellent Finnish restaurent in Tampere itself (short walking distance from hotel) where prices were more reasonable and food just as good if not better.

Review 58：Good location near the bus station with great outlook especially higher rooms (I was on the top floor). Reception staff were exceptionally helpful and polite. Breakfast great. Accommodation clean and comfortable.

Not updating their website with this "important information" is unfair to customers. When complaining about it, you get a simple "sorry but the pool will be open again in spring".

Review 70：Humidity was very dry...everyone's throat was dry and sore each morning. The thermostat kept switching back to its original temperature setting a few minutes after I set it one degree lower, although room directions stated you could raise or lower the setting by three degrees. Also did not like the night club, which created a long line of young people outside the hotel entrance...which we had to wade through leaving and returning on Friday night. On Saturday morning when we went to check out the pool and exercise area, did not enjoy coming across men drinking beer in the hallway outside the pool at 10 AM!

Review 73：It looks impressive from the outside - it is quite tall. Very nice lobby. The elevators are pretty quick and efficient. The staff were helpful and friendly, the room was comfortable and decorated in bright colors, and it was clean. The breakfast was good. Would recommend!

Review 74：The room and bath room was quite bulky, not too exciting. You could hear traffic noise, but not too much gladly. Also there was some draft/cold close to the window when it was windy and very cold (-15 celsius) outside. Otherwise room was well heated.

Review 75：The best location in Tampere for a hotel, beautiful view of Tammerkoski rapids and city skyline. Renovated hallways are good, and rooms are ok as well. Bed was extra wide and very comfy. The breakfast was very good and the breakfast room very spacious, very positive. Sauna and pool are looked very nice and tempting, even though we had no time to try them out. Friendly staff. Free wifi.

Review 76：One of the reasons for choosing this hotel was the swiming pool, but the water was freezing, even for Finnish standards, so it was not enjoyable at all.

Review 77：The staff at the reception was excellent: kind, helpful and very professional. For a reasonable amount I enjoyed an upgrade to a superior room. Fantastic views, big and comfortable bed and al kind of facilities. There is a very lively night club downstairs and a two very convenient restaurants: Amarillo and Frasmani. The breakfast could be some better, although they were both cold and cooked options. The situation can not be better.

Review 78：My room was near the lift so you were constantly disturbed by the mechanism as well as people coming and going. I didn't like the sauna arrangement as I wanted to share with my wife. This wasn't possible.

Review 80：I was offered an upgrade to a much better room than I booked when I was checking in and I'm glad I took the offer. For a not very big difference, I got wonderful views over the city and an excellent room. Like other hotels in the chain, well-designed rooms that are less into the latest designer fancy and provide good cupboard space as well as coffee and tea´making facilities in the room. Excellent breakfast and helpful staff. For some reason my tablet did not work with their wi-fi system. I spoke to the staff at the counter who told me there had been problems for those with android tablets trying to access their wi-fi at this particular hotel in the chain and the helpful person suggested I try downloading a different browser. It didn't work but at least they tried their best which was more than I could say for the IT support person for the wi-fi system installed whose only comment was that they didn't have a manual for helping people with android tablets.
