Review 1：Lacked a soap dish in the shower. Cleaning staff did not always mop the room floor every day.

Review 12：The noise, you could hear everything. There was doors banging throughout the night, we could even hear the conversion in the rooms next door, which went on for hours and hours. The shower was located over the bath, unfortunately no shower curtain or screen was provided, so most of the water ended up on the tiled floor. We had an ant infestation in the kitchen area. No tea or coffee facilities provided.

Review 16：Hard to find a parking place on the road near the hotel. The breakfast is a little bit monotone. The rooms with king bed were a little bit tiny for two persons. The shower cabin was narrow.
Review 17：Good location, next to the beach, and on the Promenade road which leads to Menton, but at night you can have a rest, because it is pretty quiet. The beach is stony and there are some sea urchins, so you need rubber shoes, but you can snorkel, too. We have seen a lot of fish and even an octopus under water. The rooms are tidy and clear, my single room was newly renovated and painted. The staff was helpful. The kebab in the hotel was delicious. Altogether I would recommend this hotel.

Review 20：Air conditioning was not available, despite being advertised on Booking.com, because the unit was generating hot air. According to the receptionist, in order to change it to cold air, they would need to apply this to the whole hotel because it was apparently centralised. Given that it was relatively warm outside, I would have thought that would be a given. However, even though she said that she would check, no such change was made. As a result, I had to leave the windows open, allowing mosquitos to enter. Wifi internet was not very quick or reliable, frequently cutting out. This could just be down to where my room was situated.
Review 21：Good location, directly opposite the beach. The room was clean and the shower was good. I requested for the room to be cleaned daily and it was to a decent standard. A bus stop to the airport was very close and Carnoles Station was a few minutes walk away that good connection links to other areas/cities.

Review 34：The hotel was clean and comfortable, nothing fancy. The kitchenette and small fridge were really useful to have. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It's really close to the beach and right next to the bus stop to either Menton or Roquebrune and even Monaco or Nice airport. We had the kebab lunch in the front garden which was excellent. If you are expecting luxury this isn't the place for you. This is just a simple, honest hotel which is clean and comfortable, that's all-and that's what we were expecting.
Review 35：Got to hotel at midnight due to delayed trains so reception was closed. We had to speak to the man at the bar who wasn't welcoming or friendly at all. The rest of the staff were quite friendly though. But the hospitality at this hotel definitely has a free room for improvement.
Review 36：Comfortable room, air conditioning was great. Situated in a perfect spot opposite the beach with some nice restaurants to choose from. Le Piccadilly around the corner had great food and staff who were really friendly and welcoming. Check it out! Only 10/15 minutes down the road from train station and bus stop making it easier to get to Monte Carlo and Nice.

Review 60：The photos at booking.com and the 2 bedroom apartment were pretty different. 2 bedroom is a very dark room. Kitchen is poor, dark and unwelcoming to cook anything. Wi-fi doesn't work in 2 bedroom apartment, we had to go to reception, where it worked. No free parking, but paid parking available around area.

Stupid, unnecessary omission. The walls are thin and for a sleepy place the road outside can be noisy. For some reason taking the key with you was obligatory, couldn't be left at reception. Breakfast coffee was pretty awful, could easily do better
Review 69：Very attractive building, unlike all the other concrete blocks. This has character. Nice view. Very friendly people. Easy access to Monaco (Monaco Yacht Show my reason for going), Menton, Italy, with train nearby (very good value). Although there's not much choice in nearby restaurants they were all good (The Piccadilly especially so). Overall good value and very relaxed atmosphere.

Compare to the double room with sea view, where you can sleep with open balcony, fresh air! I saw the other double or single rooms, very small and dark! Not comfortable!!! Really not recommend! Only room with seaview! Location is good, front of the beach, but still you must cross the road!

We complained but they neverdid get it working. It was stifling in the rooms! The decor leaves a lotto be desired, bright yellow walls with brown curtains! If you are goingto stay here, make sure you book a sea view as the rooms have balconieswith table & chairs and although we didn't actually see inside one, theview and balcony would make up for the decor!

Review 85：Our stay at the hotel was our introduction to the Mediterranean coast. It was perfect for that. We had a second floor room with the balcony overlooking the water - delightful! The street noise was not bothersome. It was easy to walk to old town Menton and nearby museums, and evening walks along the water were also lovely. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, but found pleasant spots with a neighborhood feel close by. It was not full season, so easy to park and peaceful. The room was small and sparse yet clean and we slept well.

Problem with drains in bathroom was sorted straight away with the plumber there to fix things that afternoon. Room simple but comfortable. Found it to be quiet and peaceful at night.
