Review 1：Room request not fullfilled despite promise in earlier telecom. Mrs. Toni implied that could not be expected as we booked via booking.com. Very rude when requesting other info as well or when trying to make dinner reservations with friends at the hotel restaurant. Very average restaurant. Morning breakfast buffet was disappointing. With staggering astonishment we observed that hotel staff was allowed to take a a bread roll to go from the buffet and within 10 minutes after the opening best cheese and cold cuts were gone!

Review 3：Naked only Sauna area is ridiculous, not everyone is 'germanic' and comfortable with nudity. Wifi is very poor, this seems a silly gripe, except it could so easily be fixed.
